Easy to use
I ordered 12th October received 15th Oct I have only been out on it 3 times I found it really comfortable and easy to ride I love the screen which tells you how many miles you have done and what’s left on the battery the only thing I couldn’t work out do you have to take the armrests off to fold it up

Unfortunately the wrong item was sent…
Unfortunately the wrong item was sent and had to be sent back it was the wrong order and thecscooter sent was in my opinion as a retired H&S officer a hazard due to inadequate safety brake system and should not be sold as a mobility scooter. Having suffered a few hiccups with regards to reimbursement of my money as they deducted £45 for the cost of returning the wrong item sent. Hence 3 stars . However it was finally resolved and I got notification that my money would be paid back in full.
Special thanks to Anna who was my main contact for all the help given . Much appreciated.

WRONG MOBILITY SCOOTER DELIVERED
I have received a completely different, cheaper and inferior mobility scooter than the one I ordered (an iCan X-15 instead Freefold X). Email reply was that it was one and the same - which it clearly isn’t and that they would ‘explore a gesture of goodwill’ if I kept a product I didn’t order and don’t want. Not correct. I have demanded refund of funds and taken this dispute to my bank. Sorely disappointed and inconvenienced - never mind the continued pain I live through because of this deviance.
