I've been building custom websites for a couple of decades now, via code-builders and even your common CMS open-source solutions...however it's become a big headache to constantly have to deal with server security, script updates or OS updates and patches, monitoring uptime depending on the host, performance and speed issues, issues with backups, and poor customer service elsewhere, basically with all other website-builder services that I've tried (where the customer service at other places treated my clients poorly).

My job is to build a website, and keep it up and running for a customer, and ensure that the customer is happy with all customer service, performance, and results. I'm not joking when I say that I've tried everyone else out there (aside from perhaps some small obscure tiny companies that I simply didn't trust to try)...and I can tell you with confidence that WebWave is the best on the block when it comes to a visual drag and drop website editor.

Not only is it simple to build a fantastic-looking website on this platform, but you dont have to worry about ANYTHING after you build it...WebWave literally handles everything like a true high-quality web-host should. I can just hand-off the website to my customers, and they're thrilled to be able to easily go in and edit things on their own whenever they want.

My main job isnt building websites either, it's broadly consulting businesses on their web-presence. I'm at a point where I simply tell my customers to move their website to WebWave, and many of these customers happily go and build the website on their own at WebWave, and they love the simple experience and amazing customer service provided directly by WebWave. Anyone can do this, and the price is right, especially considering everything that's involved in hosting a quality website. I dont often leave reviews unless its a complaint (I suppose a lot of people are like that?), however I do go out of my way to leave a positive review when a company has also gone out of their way to make my life better and provide me with a superior product like WebWave has done. As a UX-UI Designer I am using WebWave about months and I am loving it. This is very well-organized system with user friendly interface. It includes hosting without need for server setup. WebWave is by far the best platform for quickly setting up a website and blog.

Great customer service and response time; UI is good, you get email accounts included; easy learning curve, mobile experience and building out is very good as well. SEO is also built in and they have an AI design element (haven't used it yet).

I had created my main website using the Get Response website builder which is a standard add blocks and have very little control over the layout of the design. Webwave on the other hand stands out as a genuine drag-and-drop website builder, simplifying the design process remarkably. I have using Wordpress for the past 10+ years, but this made me decide to change platforms, as Webwave is a true drag-and-drop builder, which makes it so easy to make design changes. Those who use WIX and other website builders will find Webwave to be very intriguing. Its exceptionally tidy and intuitive UI is what I adore most about it. Everything you require is arranged nicely in front of you. For me, as an internet marketer, having a faultless online store with all the features I need is critical. Webwave is super easy to use, and when you get stuck, there are so many support videos. Janus gives great advice for planning your sites, which is important for SEO and search intent. This is a very powerful tool.

The AI has been a bit challenging and seems to have a 'mind' of its own, however, I am confident that it will improve with the WebWave team.

So far, so good! The system is clearly more modern and easier to use than Weebly and Wix, and it doesn't require the CONSTANT maintenance that WordPress does; for someone like me that has multiple websites to manage, this is a big deal.
The dashboard is pretty intuitive and easy to find what you need.
I haven't got into the depths of the app, ie SEO, making backups, setting up clients to use the site, etc. yet so I can't comment on those at this time.
