Total scam
Total scam. Despite the name, no desire to buy your vehicle. Provided all the information, showing all the credentials including full habitation check (including gas certificate). Keep getting emails saying they're not willing to buy it as no gas certificate. Made contact 5+ times, and each time just get a bot replying saying they'll review. Been going on weeks and no progress.

To be clear, we’re not a scam, but we do need to explain something important: despite our name, we can’t buy every single van. Some models we simply don’t have the dealer network for, and in those cases we can’t make a purchase.
From what you’ve described, it also sounds like our communication fell short, and for that I sincerely apologise. You should always be able to reach a member of our team, and not feel like you’re just getting automated responses. That’s not the level of service we aim for.

Good honest approach
From the sales man Aaron to the team that came out to look at my campervan,Roger and Alan they were polite friendly and genuine. Was offered a realistic price by Aaron and to be honest expected them to try and knock me down when it came to doing the deal. But it was the opposite, they just did there job and appraised the van before confirming the offer price. Doing the deal was simple and money was in my bank before the left with the van. Very happy with the whole process and would recommend to anyone.

The Best Customer Experience I’ve Had in Years
From start to finish, the service from Webuyanymotorcaravan.com was outstanding. Keeley was an absolute pleasure to speak with over the phone – polite, professional, and made the whole process feel effortless. The very next day, Tim and Ian came out to view my motorhome, and just like Keeley, they were incredibly polite, professional, and easy to deal with.

Seller Beware
Agreed price after numerous calls from George Bain albeit low price agreed in principle.
Asessor guy john turned up on agreed handover date, he checked my 10 year old motorhome for damp with survey master protimeter. Little did he know I have checked before hand and also had it checked by independent dealer?
After 40 minutes of checking Alan called invitied me into my motorhome and stated it has damp in one particular spot on walling underneath rear seats, may I point out one particular spot only. He used protimeter in laser mode or search mode which is normal but can be unreliable because it’s calibration is for wood measurement only and other materials can affect the outcome result in search mode/ laser mode.
I asked john to check in pin mode and it was 8 percentage rate which is perfectly fine.
After I informed him I was familiar with moisture meter usage and my job was a legal expert witness surveyor in damp and mould issues, john response was I only do this job part time and your more of a expert than me , changed his story and stated it’s not damp but he was not happy with stains to the wall area which he assumed was damp. Info for people who don’t understand the use of protimeter they can and always do give false positive damp results in laser mode depending on the material it’s checking so pin mode normally confirms one way or the other more accurate damp measurements and in court cases the judge will always upheld that decision if there is a comparison.
John did not check in pin mode until I requested he do so to prove to me it was damp?
The next scenario would have been a crucial conversation via john with a view of price reduction based on inaccurate findings
At this point all trust was gone and I sent we buy any motor caravan back to were they come from empty handed.
I can’t abide people who firstly are not fit for purpose and indeed give false inaccurate information.
So you be forewarned

We operate differently to most companies and make our questions as detailed as we can to make the process very smooth on the day so there are no awkward conversations that we don’t want to have.
One of the questions we specifically asked yourself, was if there was any sign of damp or staining in which the answer was no.
Upon inspection, there was a very large amount of staining on the walls from a water leak. With there being a much staining as there was, it is difficult to know if that is from historic damp that had been dried out. According to NCC guidance, if it has been over 30%, it may indicate structural damage or deterioration is occurring.
The result in either circumstance with the amount of staining present, the wall boards need replacing as a minimum. Retail customers do not want to see signs of water leaking in and is not sellable without the repairs.
This comes at a very large cost, mostly in manual labour as all of the cabinetry around it needs removing also. The cost of the wallboards alone have also become incredibly expensive in recent times.
