From start to finish, the service from Webuyanymotorcaravan.com was outstanding. Keeley was an absolute pleasure to speak with over the phone – polite, professional, and made the whole process feel effortless. The very next day, Tim and Ian came out to view my motorhome, and just like Keeley, they were incredibly polite, professional, and easy to deal with.

This was hands down the best service I’ve received in years from any industry. The whole team should be extremely proud of the way they look after their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their motorhome.

Very straight forward. Pleasant, un pressured sale process. No haggling over the agreed price. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Agreed price after numerous calls from George Bain albeit low price agreed in principle.
Asessor guy john turned up on agreed handover date, he checked my 10 year old motorhome for damp with survey master protimeter. Little did he know I have checked before hand and also had it checked by independent dealer?
After 40 minutes of checking Alan called invitied me into my motorhome and stated it has damp in one particular spot on walling underneath rear seats, may I point out one particular spot only. He used protimeter in laser mode or search mode which is normal but can be unreliable because it’s calibration is for wood measurement only and other materials can affect the outcome result in search mode/ laser mode.
I asked john to check in pin mode and it was 8 percentage rate which is perfectly fine.
After I informed him I was familiar with moisture meter usage and my job was a legal expert witness surveyor in damp and mould issues, john response was I only do this job part time and your more of a expert than me , changed his story and stated it’s not damp but he was not happy with stains to the wall area which he assumed was damp. Info for people who don’t understand the use of protimeter they can and always do give false positive damp results in laser mode depending on the material it’s checking so pin mode normally confirms one way or the other more accurate damp measurements and in court cases the judge will always upheld that decision if there is a comparison.
John did not check in pin mode until I requested he do so to prove to me it was damp?
The next scenario would have been a crucial conversation via john with a view of price reduction based on inaccurate findings
At this point all trust was gone and I sent we buy any motor caravan back to were they come from empty handed.
I can’t abide people who firstly are not fit for purpose and indeed give false inaccurate information.
So you be forewarned

The two guys collecting our campervan arrived almost exactly on time, and carried out inspection quickly and efficiently. The financial transaction, using our phones, was very speedy.

A great experience from start to finish.
From initial enquiry to agreed sale took 24 hours. The guys came out to our home address and throughly inspected the van inside and out, including a test drive
They did raise a few concerns with regards to the upholstery, leading to a revised offer, however following a little negotiation we agreed a fair price that suited both parties.
Once price agreed, the money was transferred immediately and before the owner was changed via the DVLA.
I would highly recommend giving these guys a chance if you have a motorhome to sell

What a lovely team of people. From start to finish made selling our much loved motorhome easy.
Made phone calls when they said they would. Were honest about valuations and made a realistic offer.
Arrived on time. Two very courteous gentleman examined the motorhome. Paid what was agreed no haggling. The money was in the bank within a few minutes.
