very very low offer
very very low offer. offered 12k for a vw t6 fully converted with pop top, average these are selling for is 24k to 35k for similar spec.
crazy insulting offer, i guess they prey on people who are desperate to sell.

You are forever hearing stories of companies offering to buy vehicles where when it comes to collection, the price drops and you end up not getting what you think you've agreed. Not so with this company. I received exactly what was proposed before the vehicle was seen.

Like chatting with AI bots?
Despite the name, don’t go to this company expecting them to buy your campervan. The original car buying equivalent will actually buy any car because that’s what they are called! It’s disingenuous to waste people’s time calling your company that. I had a 4 year old professionally converted T6, a beautiful van but they weren’t even interested (I went on to sell it very easily privately for a great price). Fast forward a couple of years and I enquired about selling my current van, a 2 year old low mileage Adria. I have since been bombarded with emails from Olivia…who they have now admitted is an AI bot. No thanks…copying the name of a well known and successful business but offering none of the convenience and professionalism is a big red flag.

A very positive experience
Great communication, always respectful, clear instructions on the process of selling our Motorhome.
Collection of Motorhome was completed calmly and efficiently, two very polite men, Roger and Alan, came to our home, they did all of their assessments, helped with paperwork, all of it done at our pace, can’t speak highly enough of them.
The fact that they don’t leave until monies are transferred into your account, takes away all worries and uncertainty on such a big transaction.
A follow up phone call from our initial contact Aaron rounded off a very positive experience. Thank you.

I had a lot of messages from an AI bot assuring me that I was still waiting to hear re a valuation only to eventually get fed up and ring and be told I should have received an email saying they were not interested based on age and mileage straight away.
Person on phone helpful and apologetic but still a waste of time and energy.

Very straightforward process to sell our van; nice people to deal with. We agreed a fair price based on photos of the van and a detailed list of its defects They inspected, honoured the agreed price, paid it there and then and drove the van away.
