I requested a specific blouse material for a saree I ordered from Weaverstory. They sent the wrong color which you could tell was not a match. They did exchange but would not refund the credit in anything other than a credit note.

Purchased a dual tone pashmina shawl…
Purchased a dual tone pashmina shawl for my mother’s birthday - for the price and quality it was absolutely worth it. The shawl was so beautiful, high quality and reasonably priced. The delivery takes around 12 days for SG shipping - felt that perhaps customers should be notified of estimated delivery date for international shippings. Other than that I am happy with the purchase.

The red sleeveless blouse i purchased had a terrible fit. Sent pictures to WS showing the fit while wearing, however no response. I don’t expect a refund, and pointless for me to spend $30-40 to return. So customer service is disappointing. A fabric can be stunning, however if not crafted well structurally, does not work.
On the website, fabrics appear beautiful, I would question their tailors?

I ordered almost $1000 of unusable clothing
I ordered almost $1000 worth of clothing and a shawl. It was unfortunately a drama. The clothes did not fit nor made per the style depicted. The jewelry sent was unusable as nothing like the description. The shawl was not as described and poor quality. It unfortunately was a stressful and bad experience for me.
