Very pleased with my garment
I am very pleased with my garment which is made to a professional standard. The colours match very well with the advertised products. It was also well packed and very beautifully presented. Any questions I had during and after the ordering process were always answered quickly and helpfully via the app.

I had worst experience
I had worst experience. Ordered two trousers online but received only one and that too in a pathetic condition. It is total worn out old trousers. Tried to contact te company through mail but no body responded

So disappointed with the 2 blouses I got. It says L which is supposed to be for 38 but this is anything but. Both are size 34-35. Wish I had not wasted my money. Now I have to get them redone.

Gorgeous necklace set
The necklace set looks amazing and of very high quality.
I would have liked the website to show more photos of the necklace and more detailed description of the materials used, ie is it moissanite polki or kundan etc.
The biggest issue I've had is with customer service when I asked for an ETA for the product. They told me it's shipped but I never got a reference number for tracking purposes despite asking twice. The article arrived on a date that I wasn't even aware of. I had to open the box to see that it is from Weaver Story. It also took a long time to come but I expected that as it was clearly stated in the order email.

I ordered a saree and it was posted in a plain box. The box was not labelled. Saree doesnt have a tag with the company name. There is no indication anywhere to see the saree was from weaverstory. I bought this for a gift and I cannot use this for gifting. I am very disappointed and it was merely a waste of money to buy this product.

Need improvement on timeline and customer service
Product quality no doubt it is good quality but two quick feedback on service and timeline. I never had any issue with most of my past orders but recent few orders I found there is no service level what it use to be ,there is lack of professionalism and no one care how much time has lapsed
The customised product which I ordered has quality issue and was not happy with my last to last order.

Not worth shipping to Canada.
It took forever for them to ship the items, in spite of a sizeable advance payment made in full. And the worst part was them not following shipping instructions which led to 30% customs duty. Never again.
