Terrible customer service as well as the outfit !
I bought a $400 outfit/ pre draped saree and the blouse is very short (did not even ask for the customization ). When I raised the query, all automated robotic and repeated questions and after wasting a few hours the customer rep was very rude and dismissed the query. Basically, I am stuck with the outfit I can`t wear. If I return it, I lose 50%money and if I keep it I can`t wear it!
Terrible customer service!!!!! Would not recommend this to even my dog!

BE WARNED: You better love what you got.
Do NOT order from this company and expect any sort of refund or exchange. I am attending a wedding in India and my excitement about going and participating in such an amazing event has been soured by this company. I ordered 3 different outfits in Jan. of 2026. Their website makes it sound like shipping happens immediately if you are not sending your measurements in.
All were ordered in the same size. One fit. One partially fit (and is usable) but the prettiest, most expensive (over $300) doesn't fit at all and needs to be returned. One outfit came in Feb. One came in March. This last one arrived Apr. 6 and I was not home for several days this week. I finally tried it on on Fri the 10th and realized I couldn't wear it. I contacted Aza to find out how to return it and they told me that I have 2 days, TWO DAYS, to return an item from the day it was delivered!!!! It took them 10 WEEKS to get it to me, and I had TWO DAYS to choose to return it. They are extremely unreasonable; a very one-sided company in their return policy.
