I spoke to a very helpful assistant, she was very clear in advising me, she listened to my questions.

My mum isnt even cold and got first letter through, no leniency. Find it callous, cold no flexibility, happy to leave people homeless for the sake of money. Wouldn't recommend, losing loved ones is hard enough but to be put through this stress and pressure is awful so quickly after a death

I can definitely recommend Just Compare

From our initial enquiry in 2024 our application was processed in just a few weeks. 18 months on and we have recently withdrawn a further amount. This drawdown involved a couple of forms, all done online and via email. Our further advance was paid within a few days. All correspondence was handled very promptly. A very good company to deal with!

We have taken out a lifetime mortgage and have drawn down twice from the reserve fund. I have no issues with the company - they dealt with our query quickly and efficiently.

The annuity I took out with Just pays out on the 1st of the month like it’s supposed to and I can’t ask for anything more than that.

My dad took out an equity release from these people. After he went to a care home we settled the account. I had a few questions to ask. My God, it was like getting blood from a stone. They are like politicians, you ask them one question and they answer something completely different. I ask the same question about 10 times and still didn’t get the answer I was looking for. The person I spoke to was useless. She should never be allowed to deal with the public. It ended with her wanted to end the call! I was fuming. Think twice about dealing with these people!!

Lost my pension pot that was deinvested without my knowledge over 1 year ago. Total lack of knowledge where the funds are been over 8 weeks since officially lodging a complaint and still no further down the line. Promise to send you out a letter detailing things still no letter. Tell you they have a letter that was sent to you explaining the transfer which I know is a lie because I haven’t had one. They can’t send the letter as the one they have apparently isn’t addressed to me. Total lack of pension fund mismanagement. I am contacting the ombudsman to see what I can do legally with this complaint. If I could give a minus score I would.

We’ll do much for the we will have a reply from a specialist within the week. Still no idea where my pension money is. Do not use this company they are frauds! Apparently the team that is looking into my complaint don’t allow you to contact them ! What utter ?!@&

My parents took out a policy however they can’t remember anything about it as they are in their 80’s. I have legal power of attorney so am trying to help them but this company want me to jump through lots of hoops to even have a conversation. They have to speak to my parents (who can’t remember even taking this policy) security questions that they just won’t be able to answer. No one calls you back, they tell you they are there until 5.30 and when you call at 4.45 no one is here to help. What the point of having and LPA, what have this company got to hide as all the banks and other financial companies have taken the governance code as confirmation - let’s hope we can get some detail soon however to be honest, getting worried about what I am going to find now.

Nice easy going people and good service however I did have issues with uploading documents to their server but it was resolved in time for time sensitive purchase. All in all a good way to go 👍

Each time I have contacted the team they have been respectful, clear in their advice and always polite and helpful.

I was very impressed how the team at Just worked hard over the festive season to make sure our additional advance was completed in time for the New Year. Online and telephone service cannot be faulted - members of the team were polite and helpful.

Thank you for your prompt form which I filled out and returned it to you. I got a message on the 18th saying the money would be in my account within 24 hours but it’s now 23rd and it’s still not here.

Lovely company to work with ... prompt responses, and time is taken to make sure everything is understood. I did not feel hurried in making any decisions.

Customer service is truly abysmal. Now waiting over 2 months for a simple request for a transfer valuation. Their own service level is to provide this within working 30 days. And now I can’t get through on the phone. Waiting on line for over 30 minutes, twice over, then choose the option for a call back. Surprise, surprise, they never called back. Genuinely concerned that they have my pension and I may never get my money out. Really worried. Not sure how to progress, and now having sleepless nights with worry .
