A brilliant visit. Went to collect my RSD purchases. The staff were helpful, warm, and made me feel really valued. I bought some other records while I was there, they have a great choice, and great coffee too!

Found a difficult to source album, ordered and delivered within 2 days (and before bank holiday). Sweet handwritten message inside box which offered excellent protection.

I’m a fairly new vinyl collector. I found an album here, for a fair price, that was sold out in most other stockists. I’m glad it was as the hunt resulted in me discovering Wax and Beans. What amazing service! Superfast delivery, carefully packed, and the little personal note inside was everything. This is how you do online selling and create loyalty. This will now be my first choice when shopping new vinyl. Thank you W&B for a great experience 🥰

I've visited the store for food and drinks several times, and always found it warm and welcoming. Last week, I attended an intimate live performance there, and I enjoyed it so much, I felt compelled to write a review. The event was so well organised, and every staff member was warm and approachable. Wax & Beans is officially my new favourite place to eat / enjoy live music. I don't collect Vinyl (yet), but know where I'll be going for it, when I find space for a record player & collection at home!

The staff are excellent and the menu is great.cooked fresh and with great local products. It’s easy to see why this place is popular. Popped in last week alone and didn't feel uncomfortable. Great service from a lovely friendly lady. Food came quickly and was very good. Table sharing is encouraged when they're busy but what a great way to meet new people.
I live in Bury but had never been in until last week. Lovely atmosphere.

So, i dont live in Bury, and have never actually been to Wax & Beans. And for that I'm kind of sad: records+coffee=heaven. I'm still a newish online customer, but speedily delivered records with a personal touch - with little notes, I LOVE the little notes! - and always wrapped with care, well what's not to love? One day i hope to swing by for a Dirty Chai and a flick through records. In the meantime I'll continue to give this marvellous independent record store my business before any others.

We had a lovely experience here after visiting bury town centre for the first time in a while. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. There was a arcade machine for our little boy to play on, and DJs playing records in the shop.

What a great service! They even rang me to tell me that one of the records I had ordered had a crease so they ordered a new one from the supplier to send out to me. Both records arrive packaged really well and securely. Highly reccomended!

I went on Friday after reading reviews and had the best breakfast and coffee I've ever had before.

Not only that. I was extended a very kind turn on Sunday and decided to repay forward. Wax and Beans helped to do so by welcoming a person in the same situation I found myself in many years ago and needed help from strangers too.

I practice faith and don't know if the owners do too, but they truly helped a person in the same situation I was once in 20+ years ago.

Not only the best coffee and breakfast to be found but a welcoming opening community spirit venue hard to find in today's world.

Was tracking down a new release album yesterday, and found it on wax and beans. Ordered immediately yesterday, and arrived today! 😊. Little ‘Cheers’ note in the packaging. It’s the little things that count. First order but by no means my last. Thank you.

We popped in yesterday for a brew and bite to eat. As there was 5 of us we found seating upstairs, the staff were really attentive and took the time not only to take our orders but have a quick chat too. We ordered scone, bacon butty and nachos, the chef was told the nachos where to share, and separated the chilli from the top and gave us 3 extra bowls to make it easier, which I thought was really thoughtful. The food was all homemade and simply delicious!!!! Coffee was good too! The background music was good and was not too loud so that you can still have a good natter.
After eating we went downstairs and, again the member of staff took the time to help me find a record I’d been looking for… thank you for a great experience, absolute gem in Bury, well worth a visit
