Record was well Package but....sad in 2026 not to have the choice to had à vinyl to a existent order directly on account. We pay more shipping cost and this is no good for planet ( more shipping ).

Fast delivery, I would have not expect my order to come this quick. I would definitely buy more from you guys. Keep up the good job

Customer service is non existent. You have to email to get a returns authorisation but they dont reply so then your 14 days to return is up so can longer return. Absolute scam. Stay clear if you think you are going to need their customer service!!!!

Wet Leg continue to grow & evolve. Their musical sense & maturity is evident. Riot Girls might be over but women who rock & push boundaries are still here. Wet Leg is an example. Catch their fists.

The album came out the first week of April and I did not receive it until the middle of the month.

I’ve ordered a few times from Rough Trade, and my most recent experience was great, just like the rest. They had the record I was looking for, and it was packed with care and shipped quickly. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Already bought a couple from the last batch and again the Bjork release doesn’t disappoint, great pressing, packaged great as usual and quick delivery, all good!

The 50th anniversary Series is a brilliant Idea to Celebrate Rough Trade and I believe it will be a Classic for any Record Collection.

Love Rough Trade. Great shop with exclusive vinyl editions. Just bought Nevermind RT Exclusive edition of one of the greatest albums ever.

Order was quickly delivered once it arrived in the UK, however the wholesale order of the record I ordered was delivered to the US first, which delayed it to me by 2-3 weeks after the release date. Packaged securely and arrived within 48 hours once it was in the country though.

My ordered record was released 2 weeks earlier than delivered. I know that it’s a hard job to do to deliver it „on point“. But two weeks is a little long.

My order took a bit longer than expected and my shipping address was not updated correctly (an issue on the other end) so I assume that was one reason for the delay. I also received a version of my purchase with the incorrect "Limited Edition" cover. While I am enjoying my purchase and it was packaged for shipping well, it was a little disappointing to get the wrong version after the other issues.
