The selection was good. I wanted a collar with a QR code, these cost the least.

For my first time ordering from you it was a good experience...shipping was high..I needed a medium and I did change it but sometimes going back and forth the change doesn't stay..I can't use it, so I'm donating it and unfortunately can't buy another..

My package was not tracking and someone looked into it. They never responded but were quick.

My dog enjoys tug and fetch with the puller. Having two rings makes it easy to be ready for the next toss and to teach him to drop the first!

I wanted to get a “puller” - a dog training and exercising tool very popular in Europe. I was worried that buying from a European vendor would take a long time to receive, but my puller set came right away!! The website is easy to navigate, prices are fair, and shipping lightning fast.

Sizing not accurate. 1 item never arrived. You can’t return until you get a response email giving you the address of where to send it. After 5 emails and a 2-3 weeks still no response. Keep in mind you can’t return after a month…also the one item never shipped and they still charged me for it. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Never ordering from them again. Also the 1 out of the 2 items I received was nothing special. They sell animal QR collars on Amazon for cheaper and you can return if it doesn’t fit. Quality is the same. Ordered 1/7/23 it’s now going on 3rd week. Just horrible experience for basic product.

I ordered a black leash and received a teal one. I ordered a small black collar and received a xs.

We love the puller ring and so far it is holding up to some pretty intense tug! I love how light and durable it is (very easily portable, as well) and my dog loves chasing after it and playing tug. Shipping was fast and efficient. Overall, definitely 12/10!
