Still haven’t received my order and it’s been almost 3 weeks

If I could 0, I would!
Collar bought from webshop in my country is fine.... but for the love of... don't pay for their qr service!
The concept in itself is great... the quality of the tags - not so much. After 3 months it is unreadable. So in reality I have paid for 12 months service, and only gotten less than 3 months worth. And the customer service has the audacity to "offer" 50% on my next purchase. Yeah, like I would love to throw more money down the drain.

We ordered a totaly different collor. We wanted a Brown collor but We received an Orange collor

Quality photos on de website were usefull. Overall easy to order. The shipping took a little bit to long for my liking, but was well within the range listed on the website.

This is due to the fault of the sender from Ukraine, because he did not provide all my information. Therefore, customs kept the package as suspicious and I had to provide a lot of information and pay a lot of money for the customs clearance process. I expect the product in the next week. Because of your shipping incompetence, I only incur additional costs and am really unhappy.

After my Great Dane puppy chewed through the Evolutor dog leash, waudog would not refund or replace the leash without seeing a picture or the destroyed leash and even then required me to send it back to the company address for a replacement. They charged $13 shipping costs plus a $46 dollar leash and their customer service was terrible. This leash does not hold up to heavy chewing and waudog only reluctantly honors the lifetime warranty. Get a different leash and don’t buy from waudog

Today I received the package. I haven’t received all the items I have ordered.

I ordered 2 retractable leashes. Within 1 minute I texted that I made a mistake and forgot to check the larger size - I gave them the length that I needed. I got a response the next day saying it was too late the order was ready to go out.
When I finally got them, they were the extra small and not as long as you claimed. I decided to keep them and they are Ok however by the time I get back from my walks my hands hurt from trying to hold with all my fingers through the hole. Made for a smaller hand. As far as the flat leash, it could be heavier. The ones I have been using almost every day for 8 years have a thicker material and we’re just now beginning to fray. I hope these last as long! Make sure you take time to order the right things.

I'm happy youth this purchase. This lash has a light-reflecting line in the middle, nice to have some additional safety feature. The lock is light-weight and very convenient, suitable for a small dog. The lash in general is a light-weight and nice-looking. Love the sustainability characteristics!

Perfect all the way round. Accurate description and I am well pleased with the product and customer service.

Even given great products and satisfying quality of the dogs' collars I ordered, I was charged for delivery even though it says on their site that it was free above the certain order total amount (now there's a banner saying different, bigger, amount, still in the policy the amount was the one I had my order placed for).
The delivery of the order did not start for a month, my emails were ignored, and the delivery started only when I raised my concern with PayPal.
Also the price of the goods, written on the package were 10 times less than I actually paid for them (tax issues?).

Excellent quality - Love the bright colors and my granddogs look fab wearing them!

Contacted them because I accidentally ordered the wrong color of the leash. They answered in a timely manner and were super polite and offered to exchange.
Would highly recommend them just by that since customer service is a rare commodity today.

The quality of the products and the customer service is top notch. My husband thought i was crazy for spending so much on a vest but when he saw how quality it is and how perfect it fit...he wanted to buy more. My dog loves the balls and the muzzle is perfect for my nervouse pup. Will buy again 💯!!!
