Great seller
Great seller. By far, one of my best online purchasing experiences. Seller was super communicative, friendly, and responsive throughout my initial questionnaire about item and shippment. The item was exactly as listed (original part, brand new and of superb quality) and the packaging was well done. Thank you so much and looking forward for possible future purchases too.

Never received the belt
Never received the belt
No, as per below claim, the watch never arrived im my country. It went to GBLAL, GB and was with their customs since April 24 till May 12. It never moved to UAE. Tracking number for DHL is 2871300408842195. Please show where it arrived in UAE? I called DHL USA twice to track the order as well.
Update: yes there are 2 tracking numbers
1. 2871300408842195 And 2. LY659053336DE.
Both point to the same shipment. First one is DHL and second one is DP paket plus.
If you type the DHL number on dhl tracking website, you will see both the tracking numbers for the same shipment. You will also see the shipment never arrived in UAE and it was returned from GB itself.

I never received my order
I never received my order! When I track the order it says that it’s been sent back to the seller!
I called the postal service and they said it was never an attempt delivery and because of some wrong address they couldn’t notify us, and we asked them if we could just go and pick it up but they said that they have to return it to the seller!!

Incorrect strap - UPDATED
The watch strap I was sent was not compatible with the model of watch that I have despite searching the specific model number. A very expensive error.
UPDATE- I have been contacted by Watch Plaza who have confirmed they will offer a full refund. If there are no issues with this I update my review to say that Watch Plaza’s customer relations based on this issue has been very satisfactory indeed. 4 stars for the refund.
