Although your service was good.....
Although your service was good and my purchase was received, I am very disappointed that the piece I bought does not fit my watch, therefore a waste of money. I provided the model/serial number of the Seiko watch and was given a band clip that is too small. Hoping it is possible to have further communication with you to see if I can get an exchange??

Our part got hung up in customs and ultimately returned to Watch Plaza, which was not their fault. The problem we had was no communication. I sent several messages to both of their listed emails and to date have not heard anything back from them except for an automated msg along with a refund.

Amazing accept for one thing
These guys and girls are great. It was astonishing that a shipment from where they were could find its way to where i was so fast. The only thing i was unhappy about is a charge that was disguised as one thing, and later changed to, "Duty." This is when duty was deemed not collectable. These guys gave money to DHL and won't refund it. They gave me a website and i was to figure it on my own. It did not work. I'm still owed, and they refuse to refund it. Thirty three dollars and sixty cents. They don't care.

Ordering process was quick, easy and intuitive. Product arrived in good condition and exactly as described. Only issue was slow delivery and tracking didn't work - probably a DHL issue rather than a WatchPlaza issue. I didn't get a personal response to my email, just another tracking link that still didn't work. However the item finally turned up after 4.5 weeks and it looks great!
