I have dealt with a Tara in their claims department on a couple of occasions now & she has been nothing but helpful each time I have had to claim on my warranty. Would definitely recommend using them as she has been very professional & polite in every correspondence we have shared.

I bought a vehicle from the Hendy Group approx 8 months ago and it came backed with a warranty that is administered by Warranty Administration Services but funded by Hendy Group themselves.

Unfortunately during my ownership of said vehicle, I've already encountered 2x rather expensive issues (the first being just over £1k to resolve and the second being just under £4k) and in both instances, I received first class service from Warranty Administration Services.

Both claims were authorised within 1 working day and both were settled via bank transfer within a further 2-3 working days.

I must confess that I was a little worried that the warranty I had been given would be worthless but am pleased to confirm this has not proven to be the case at all!

After an initial mess around because of incorrect details provided by the car reseller (no fault of the warranty company), i managed to get through to Tara. SHe has been exemplary on both the warranty claims I have had to make claims for.
