Placed an order for stator and R/R with the guys at Moto-Electrical on Sunday night. Was in my hands by Tuesday morning. Top quality parts. The R/R sorted my Triumph Speed Triple right out. Turns out the stator wasn't needed - the return process was swift and easy. Quick response times from staff.

I got parts for my motorbike with fast delivery. The only thing not giving 5 starts was the fact the correct item for my motorbike was £105 on your site and I bought a similar looking item on your site for £11 for a snow/jet ski and it works perfectly at a tenth of the price

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the battery was flat when you received it. We understand how disappointing that must have been after taking the time to fit it.
Our batteries are supplied pre-assembled by the manufacturer, and while it's uncommon, issues can occasionally occur. Please contact our customer service team with your order details if you haven't already done so, and we'll investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to put things right.
