Honestly not happy im writing this on the 5th of June and ive yet to receive my order that I placed on the 29th of April ive also yet to hear from them inaddition ive tried to message and call to no luck I will give them 1 more week from the date of this review then I'll request a charge back from my bank edit update after finnaly getting in touch they managed to fix the issue and send it me out so im all happy now im getting my order now

Can only assume this site is a scam. Took my money. Over a month and have not shipped. They do not reply to emails. They do not answer the phone or reply to voicemail messages. Have tried to cancel, but as they do not answer emails or the phone it is impossible.

I have made a half a dozen orders with Griffin Gaming, Shipping is fast and items well packaged. I have had single issue with one item on a order, where the wrong item was shipped to me, but when raised this was resolved rapidly with great customer service. They also have exceptionally good deals during sale periods.

Great company! Received my preorder of Pokémon 151 items from them. The price was the best around, items brilliantly packaged and all items are in perfect condition, no damage to any boxes or anything. Thank you!

Great service, and quick delivery. Ordered a number of spray primers at a very good price and delivery was speedy and cheap. Oh, and sweets too. What's not to like? :)

I tried to trade in some bulk the other day and be turned me away even though he'd just agreed a deal with someone else, I think it is because he rips people off and I wasn't going to take his lowball rates.

Ordered a few paints from them recently, the website is nicely liad out and they have a lot of available stock which was nice to get all I needed in one place.

They spotted a 'mistake' with my order (which I hadn't noticed) and called me a few moments after I had submitted to confirm - brilliant Customer service, they even refunded me for my error!

Paints arrived well packaged and less than 2 days after purchase with a personalised note/itemised bill - will certainly be buying more paints in the future and happy to highly recommend.
