Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the time it takes for refunds to be processed.
For online credit card transactions, refunds take 21 working days from the day the goods are received at our distribution centre. This lead time is largely a result of bank processing time, which is outside of our direct control. Whilst we appreciate this isn't immediate, we want to be transparent about the timeframe so you know what to expect.
If you currently have a refund pending, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to check the status for you and ensure it's progressing as it should.

I ordered cartridges on the 21st of May expecting it to be delivered in 2-5 days. Great was my surprise when it was delivered in the 22nd! The person from the courier company was also very friendly.
