Pleasantly surprised by the quick and friendly service. I placed an online order then realised that I needed the items delivered sooner. I used their online chat on their website. I was immediately answered and subsequently received a call to confirm that they would be prioritising my order.
The package arrived 1 day earlier than requested with all items neatly packed. Would definitely recommend. Excellent customer service experience

And delivery to my door the next afternoon.
The day before I had driven to 3 PNA's and one Waltons store and wasted about 2 hours and petrol and could not get what i wanted.

The delivery however was not as per my request. The delivery guy refused to deliver the order directly at the office as requested.
