Lovely wallpaper, looks fantastic up. Easy to order and the wallpaper was delivered promptly. Very good value I have since ordered again.

Wanted some inexpensive wallpaper to improve my home prior to putting up for sale. Found the wallpaper shop online and they had just the right type of wallpaper in the sale items. Was really pleased with the paper and believe it was a genuine sale price as the paper was of similar quality to this I had seen in stores at three times the price. I can really recommend this company for their choice of paper quality and quick despatch. I will be looking at this site for me next purchase.

I had a very definite idea of the paper I wanted and I found it here, at a very competitive price. Delivery was very prompt. The paper was of excellent quality and a dream to put up. I am so thrilled with the finished results I can’t stop looking at the room. Returns policy is excellent too. Please buy your wallpaper here. You won’t be disappointed.

Great service - arrived ahead of estimated delivery date and seeing we’re in Scotland that was a surprise!

Wallpaper looks even better on than I envisaged. Definitely going to be a return customer😁

The paper quality was excellent and was delivered as promised. They have a brilliant selection of papers and I'll definitely be using them again, highly recommend

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper for the living room and we hired a professional painter&decorator to complete the job whilst I was away. I returned home extremely excited to see our new living room to be highly disappointed by the Finish. I only ordered 4 rolls and we ended up with different shades.
I approached the company for assistance and I was advised tough once hung its not their problem.... SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

** I HAVE EVIDENCE I SENT PHOTOS AND ADVISED YOU THEY WERE DIFFERENT SHADES OF GREY EMAIL SENT 05/10 AT 12:26 **

Recently purchased wallpaper for my daughters bedroom, on arrival lovely design and good quality paper. We had a trused and professional decorator in to hang, the rolls were reverse rolled, not ideal but as stated on website. The pattern matched at the top but quickly fell out off alignment, which was very obvious due to the illustrations on the wallpaper. After exhausting the 3 rolls we had we had to entirely remove. The decorator had discarded the packaging as he went, so only had invoice to share for traceability, again not ideal. Look these things happen, it was the 'your issue, not ours' type attitude from customer service that added insult to injury! Had to shop elsewhere and at our cost, the decorator was very decent after seeing the response and only charged us once!! 😀

The girl who took my call was super friendly and answered all my questions. Her advice was so valuable as I was looking at wood panel wallpaper but they all look the same especially online. Delivery was fast and arrived in a couple of days even though I did not pay for quick delivery. So ignore the reviews about couriers as it’s out of their hands once it’s passed to a courier, I had no issues. And the wallpaper arrived and it was gorgeous and good quality. Now I have a dining room that gets lots of compliments. Thank you Wallpaper Shop will definitely use again on my next project.

I love the paper wall and the customer service.

However, if I've known the use Hermes to deliver I would have never bought anything.

Again, Hermes left my parcel on the street and the box was open and damaged.

Their Customer Service is excellent. When I rang to enquire about a delivery I got straight through to a real human being. No horrible automated options and messages to wade through first. The quality of the Wallpaper was very good for the money. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for their courier losing my second order. Which they resolved immediately.
