Dissapointed item took 2 weeks to…
Dissapointed item took 2 weeks to arrived. I only received 1 roll of paper and ordered 2. Customer service blamed courier stating box must javd been damaged although it arrived in plastic bag. They have refunded thid roll but have to send other back before they issue full refund. I still have to pay 5.95 for delivery from original order. Paper is now out of stock very frustrating

After waiting two weeks for your order, receiving only one of the two rolls you ordered is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
We’re also sorry for the inconvenience caused by the return and refund process, particularly after the issues you’ve already experienced with your delivery.
We would like to reassure you that the wallpaper hasn’t been discontinued. It is a design exclusive to us and we will be getting more stock, although unfortunately this isn’t expected to arrive for approximately another month.
We also completely understand your frustration at having to pay the £5.95 delivery charge given the circumstances. Please get in touch with our customer service team and we will be more than happy to refund the original delivery charge for you.

Didn't buy from these guys, but asked for help matching an obscure wallpaper. While they didn't have anything in stock to match, they identified the paper and where I might get it, and I was able to buy some. Good, helpful, and friendly service - above and beyond

Rude staff, damaged wallpaper, wouldn’t buy again
Really unhappy with the customer service team particularly a lady called Kasia, 2 rolls arrived damaged, contacted same day, told my damage didn’t qualify for a return or full refund, said I could have £2.40 for 2 damaged rolls! They are ignoring the consumer rights act and wouldn’t ever use this company again.
The email was rude and written very poorly, what a waste of money.

Absolutely beautiful
Absolutely beautiful, really good quality wallpaper. Our decorator commented that it was really excellent to put up and she thought it was one of the best she’d seen. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 as one of the rolls did arrive damaged- however I contacted the team and they immediately issued a refund and responded straight away.

I purchased 6 rolls of alexis textured wallpaper . It looks amazing up, so decided to order more. I emailed to see if they had a batch match,as it was going in the same room.I had a reply within minutes, match found and ordered. Fantastic service,will definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic shopping experience
I discovered this wallpaper shop whilst looking online for some wallpaper for my staircase. I couldn’t believe that they stocked the exact wallpaper that I have been searching for. I also was surprised by the very reasonable price that they were selling it for. Most other retailers were selling it for a much higher price. The wallpaper that I purchased arrived at my home in just 24 hours. The quality of the wallpaper is excellent and the whole shopping experience I had was fantastic. I really recommend the Wallpaper shop for providing such excellent service.

Poor Quality Papers - Reverse Rolled
Selling wallpaper that is reverse rolled. Underhand not stating this or advising till you unwrap the roll, and your decorator finds out at the point they are about to hang. Then you find a tiny disclaimer on tge reverse of the roll, telling you its likely to be ‘poor quality’ and they take NO RESPONSIBILITY!
I would steer away from purchasing anything from this store!

Thank you for your message and for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused, particularly discovering the issue at the point your decorator was ready to hang the wallpaper.
We’d like to reassure you that the wallpaper itself was not faulty or printed incorrectly. The reason it appeared upside down when unrolled is because it was supplied reverse rolled, which is a method used by many manufacturers during production. This simply means the wallpaper is rolled in the opposite direction, so when first opened the design can appear inverted. Once turned and allowed to relax, it hangs in the correct orientation.
Reverse rolling is an industry-accepted practice and is often used to help protect the printed surface during manufacture and transport. It is not an indication of poor quality.
That said, we completely understand how unexpected and confusing this would have been if you were not aware of this in advance, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t made clearer before opening the roll. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will be used to improve how we communicate this information to customers going forward.
If you’d like us to review this further or discuss any next steps, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We want our customers to feel confident and supported when purchasing from us.

I do not recommend terrible service and rude staff I paid 7.99 for fast shipping and the seller chose the cheapest courier Evri this is a scam my order still hasn't been shipped another courier would deliver the shipment next day! Be careful, I do not recommend this store.
