Ich bin einfach nur überglücklich mit meiner Entscheidung, mich für Dr. Furkan und sein Team – insbesondere Canan – entschieden zu haben. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich rundum wohl und verstanden gefühlt.
Canan war stets an meiner Seite, hat mir mit ganz viel Herz und Geduld jede meiner Fragen beantwortet und mir das Gefühl gegeben, in den besten Händen zu sein. Ihre liebevolle und professionelle Art hat mir sehr geholfen, mich auf alles einzulassen und mich sicher zu fühlen.
Dr. Furkan ist ein absoluter Künstler. Das Ergebnis meiner BBL und Fettabsaugung hat meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen – mein Körper sieht nicht nur toll aus, sondern fühlt sich auch viel besser an. Die Proportionen sind perfekt auf mich abgestimmt, natürlich und ästhetisch. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Erfahrung, Feingefühl und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird.

Did a lipo 360 and bbl with dr furkan certel. Im now 4 weeks post up and happy with my results. Overall i had a very good experience with dr furkan and also with voila health tourizm.

The coordinator was beyond rude
The coordinator was beyond rude. She was trying to get me to pay for a surgery that I didn’t have. I had to cancel due to not being able to stay in Turkey for a week. I told her I would pay for the cancellation, but she was trying to make me pay for everything(also telling me to pay for the whole thing and then they would refund me the difference, which made no sense). She was also trying to make me sign contracts even though I wasn’t getting anything done by them. I refused. They make you sign so you can’t say anything negative about them, but I still have multiple bruises on my arms just from them trying to get blood. I just would do my research before because I met some of the patients and the results didn’t look like the IG post. I will be doing a full review because I have pictures and videos. (I would have let it be, if that coordinator wasn’t so rude)
Update: I’m happy I did not delete my review. I’m not about to go back and forth. Anyone reading this can see how rude and unprofessional these people are just by their response. You see they have attitude with anyone who has issues with them instead of correcting and learning and trying to do better they would rather discredit ones experience. Also, I informed the hospital staff about the nurses and they were very understanding. I told them about them joking me multiple times and about, how many nurses it took to get blood, and also the pain I had in my arm due to the IV, but I digress. I will also be sure to tag you guys in my IG reel(sorry I have been busy with work, but I will work on that). So anyone looking to do business with these people just look at how they act if you have any issues. Do you really want to have any medical dealings with people who act this way. You guys texted me to delete this while you guys did an investigation, so I’m happy you did an investigation, but I have not spoken or received a message, since. Happy to see this is what your investigation uncovered. Be blessed.

We’re usually focused on helping patients — not correcting baseless reviews. But when someone publicly spreads falsehoods that threaten the reputation of a team that works around the clock for their patients, we will respond — directly and unapologetically.
Let’s be crystal clear: you cancelled your surgery. That is your right, and we respected it without question. What’s not your right is to use an entire suite of high-end services — private VIP airport transfers, five-star hotel accommodations, full meals, luxury pre-op testing in a top-tier hospital — and then act like you shouldn’t pay for anything. You consumed these services. That is not up for debate. Our coordinator simply asked for reimbursement for what was already delivered — a fair, transparent request. Spinning that into a story about being “forced to pay for a surgery you didn’t have” is not just misleading — it’s intentionally dishonest.
Next — the “contracts” you keep referring to? Those were mandatory medical consent forms, shared with you in PDF format the night before your surgery, as they are with every single patient. You had more than enough time to read, question, and even decline them. Suggesting we use these to “silence” patients is not just wrong — it’s defamatory. No one here is in the business of manipulating or intimidating patients, and your accusation is completely unfounded.
And your dramatic accusation about bruises from a standard blood test? That’s dangerous territory. You’re describing a normal, medically required procedure that protects patients from life-threatening complications. Our team didn’t “try to get blood” — we followed global patient safety protocols. To suggest that we harmed you in doing so is both misleading and offensive to the qualified, compassionate nurses who perform these procedures with care every single day. You're accusing us of harming you... for trying to make sure you were safe?
As for your comment about other patients not looking like Instagram photos — you met people in healing phases, not final results. Surgery isn't Photoshop. We’ve always said that healing is personal and non-linear. That’s why we offer extensive aftercare, 24/7 support, and a dedicated medical team. Our focus isn’t fake perfection — it’s real care.
You say you’ll post photos and videos? We have nothing to hide. Just make sure they reflect truth, not personal bitterness. Because when false claims are made publicly — especially ones that attack the integrity of a medical team — they aren’t just petty reviews. They become defamatory statements, and that does carry consequences.
Our reputation wasn’t built on Instagram. It was built by showing up for our patients — before, during, and long after surgery. And we’ll continue doing just that.

I’m super glad I found voila health tourism. I contacted the team and they found me the best doctor for my procedure. Dr Mustapha Ekrem did a fantastic job on my chin liposuction and laser tightening procedure. Very carefully done, pain free, I could see visible changes by the next day! The kindness of his entire team is second to none. His clinic is also extremely beautiful, with a very welcoming ambience. A piece of heaven! I am inclined to share my disappointing experience with Voila Clinic.
I paid a deposit to secure my booking for a procedure, but did not have a confirmed surgery date. However, since paying my deposit I was diagnosed with a medical condition, which meant I could no longer undergo the planned surgery. I reached out to Voila Clinic to request a refund, I was met with a complete lack of empathy. Despite providing a full medical report they refused to return my deposit their only reason is that it’s non-refundable. They said the money could be used for another procedure which was insensitive given my recent diagnosis.
I also recently discovered that the surgeon I originally booked with is no longer at the clinic—a fact they failed to communicate to me. This raises significant concerns about the retention of my deposit. Regardless of my diagnosis, the clinic couldn’t have honoured the service I paid for. While they suggested I would have been assigned a different surgeon, this is inadequate since the booking was made specifically for that surgeon to perform the procedure. Given these circumstances, it is unprofessional for Voila Clinic to withhold my deposit, as this not only shows breach of agreement but also fails to recognise their professional standards.
It is disheartening to see such disregard for patients circumstances once money has been received. I urge anyone considering Voila Clinic to think twice before committing. My experience has shown a lack of compassion and a prioritisation of profit over genuine patient experience. I did try to come to a resolution but they completely ignored me after a while, maybe because they knew I was in the right. Please exercise caution and consider your options carefully, your well-being is paramount.
UPDATE- Their response is misleading. They are insensitive because they are aware that my condition is a long-term chronic illness that will not resolve, as they asked for my full medical report to evaluate my refund request. If they stand by their policies, why ask for the report? I did not have a coordinator, my original coordinator left, and communication continued with a supervisor. However I was ignored when I requested to speak to management on 12th May and have yet to receive a reply as of today (20th May). Their claim of ‘clear transparency’ regarding the surgeon change is false, this was never communicated clearly and was likely buried in fine print. It’s clear that the person who wrote the response lacks knowledge of my experience, which further demonstrates their unprofessionalism. I will be reporting these inaccuracies to Trustpilot.

This was also communicated to you directly by your Patient Advisor. That said, we understand that medical situations can change — which is *why* we offered to keep your deposit as credit toward a future procedure should your condition allow it. That is not insensitivity — that is flexibility within the boundaries of a policy you accepted.
Surgeon Change – Fully Disclosed Policy:
You stated that your chosen surgeon is no longer with us — and you might be right. Like in any medical organization, staffing changes can happen. But here's the crucial detail: *Voila retains the right to make changes* regarding surgeon assignments, hospital partnerships, or accommodation arrangements *in exceptional situations* — and this is clearly included in the very quotation you acknowledged. Moreover, our patient communication records confirm that you were informed about these changes, along with a suitable alternative presented with full transparency.
Communication – Tracked and Documented:
Our patient journey is built on open, honest, and documented communication. We maintain thorough written records of all correspondence. Your suggestion that we "ignored" you is simply not supported by the facts. Your coordinator continued communication even after the diagnosis, proposing solutions and clarifying the terms you had agreed to from the outset.
Professionalism & Ethics – Our Core Values:
We understand that emotions run high when facing a health concern — but portraying Voila as indifferent is not only unfair, it’s inaccurate. We are a medical tourism company that prioritizes safety, ethical conduct, and patient support at every stage. From beginning to end, my experience with Voila Health Tourism has been amazing. Fast responses, very organised and professional. Everyone is very kind, sweet and attentive. It’s been 5 days since I had my tummy…
It’s been 5 days since I had my tummy tuck 360 lipo and BBL and I couldn’t be any happier iv been up and out walking around even been shopping twice!! The whole experience has been amazing from the airport pick up to the amazing Dr furkan himself who is great and amazing at what he does I was so nervous and he made me feel at ease and safe. All the nurses are lovely and really take care of you my after care has been brilliant not one bad word to say so caring and help you with everything. Iv not had one problem with the language barrier everyone could speak English. Lady who does your drainage massages is the best I love her she’s such a character so friendly and easy to talk to. Would recommend Voila to everyone and have already spoken with the Dr about returning back in November for a boob uplift and implant. 100 percent the best place to go. Thank you to the whole team

I’m almost a week out off my bbl and…
I’m almost a week out off my bbl and liposuction. I’ll be real with you the pain is a whole other level And I had a number of mental breakdowns throughout the first three days but the whole team made the experience a lot better. Dr Erkem was my surgeon and was super nice and kind. He explained to me that the results I want can’t be achieved with the amount of fat I had but he will make the best of it and I really think he did. I’m really swollen right now so I cant tell the final result. I’ll come back in a few months to let you know. The nurses were really nice and responded me as soon as I texted them in our group chat. Also, they were super Nice with my boyfriend, who was there to help me out. I would definitely recommend and choose Voila clinic again for another operation, especially if I get a round two bbl!

Ich hatte eine kombinierte Operation, welche aus einer Bauchdeckenstraffung und 360 Liposuction bestand.
Der Ablauf verging reibungslos, alles entsprach der Planung, daher habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sowohl der Arzt als auch das Team sind super professionell.

Zunächst das Positive: Mit meinem Bauch bin ich sehr zufrieden, auch die Hip Dips wurden schön ausgeglichen. Das Ergebnis in diesem Bereich ist wirklich gut gelungen, und auch die Krankenschwestern waren sehr liebevoll und fürsorglich – dafür bin ich dankbar.
ABER: Mein Po ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe dort harte, unnatürliche Kugeln, die sich anfühlen wie Implantate – obwohl es ein Fetttransfer war. Nach über sechs Monaten habe ich immer noch Schmerzen, und mir wird gesagt, das sei normal und würde noch verschwinden. Leider stimmt das nicht. Es sieht unförmig aus und fühlt sich extrem unangenehm an.
Ich bin jetzt sogar gezwungen, eine neue BBL machen zu lassen, um das zu korrigieren – das bedeutet nochmal Geld, nochmal OP, nochmal Risiko.
Außerdem: Das Krankenhaus, in dem Dr. Mehdi operiert, ist alles andere als vertrauenserweckend. Es sieht alt aus, die Geräte sind nicht auf dem neuesten Stand – ich hatte wirklich Angst, als ich dort war. Das sollte bei einem Eingriff dieser Art nicht so sein.
Fazit: Ich würde mich nie wieder bei Dr. Mehdi operieren lassen.

Wir nehmen es sehr ernst, wenn jemand nicht rundum zufrieden ist – deshalb möchten wir gerne auf einige Punkte in Ihrer Bewertung eingehen und dabei auch ein wenig Klarheit schaffen.
1. Jeder Mensch heilt anders – und das ist völlig normal.
Bei Eingriffen wie einer BBL handelt es sich nicht um standardisierte Ergebnisse, sondern um sehr individuelle Heilungsverläufe. Die Aufnahme des transplantierten Fetts hängt von vielen Faktoren ab: Gewebequalität, Stoffwechsel, Verhalten nach der OP und auch vom natürlichen Heilungstempo Ihres Körpers. Es ist nicht ungewöhnlich, dass das Gewebe noch mehrere Monate nach der OP verhärtet oder sich ungewohnt anfühlt – genau deshalb begleiten wir unsere Patient*innen auch lange über den Eingriff hinaus.
2. Wir sind in unseren Aufklärungsgesprächen stets offen und transparent.
Vor jeder Operation werden unsere Patient*innen umfassend über den Ablauf, die realistischen Ergebnisse sowie mögliche Nebenwirkungen aufgeklärt – selbstverständlich auch über die Risiken eines Fetttransfers. Wir würden niemals versprechen, dass alles „perfekt“ verläuft – aber wir versprechen, dass wir ehrlich sind, medizinisch fundiert beraten und auch nach der OP ansprechbar bleiben.
3. Unsere Betreuung endet nicht nach der Operation.
Unsere Pflegekräfte, unser Aftercare-Arzt sowie das Koordinationsteam stehen unseren Patient*innen jederzeit zur Seite – auch Wochen und Monate nach dem Eingriff. Uns ist bewusst, dass nicht jeder Heilungsprozess reibungslos verläuft, und deshalb versuchen wir, individuelle Lösungen zu finden, wenn Sorgen bestehen. Dass Sie sich trotz aller Bemühungen weiterhin unwohl fühlen, tut uns ehrlich leid – wir hätten Sie gerne weiter begleitet, um gemeinsam zu einer Lösung zu finden.
4. Zum Thema Klinik:
Wir verstehen, dass die äußere Erscheinung eines Krankenhauses bei vielen Patient*innen eine Rolle spielt. Für uns steht jedoch die medizinische Sicherheit und Professionalität im Vordergrund – und in dieser Hinsicht erfüllt die Klinik, in der Dr. Mehdi operiert, alle relevanten medizinischen Standards und Hygienevorgaben.
Zum Schluss:
Es ist schade, dass Sie trotz positiver Teilergebnisse und guter Betreuung vor Ort rückblickend zu dem Entschluss kommen, Ihre gesamte Erfahrung negativ zu bewerten. Wir respektieren Ihre Meinung, möchten aber auch klarstellen, dass wir unser Bestes gegeben haben – vor, während und nach Ihrem Eingriff.

Rediscovering Confidence: My Journey with Dr. Furkan
I had such a beautiful experience with Dr. Furkan and his amazing team. Even before the surgery, I felt fully supported—every question and doubt was met with patience and care. The nurses were incredibly kind, making me feel safe, understood, and truly cared for. Zufriedenheit auf ganzer Linie!
Das gesamte Team ist herzlich, besonders meine Dolmetscherin Canan, die mir alles auf deutsch übersetzt hat in Gesprächen mit den Ärzten. Der Ablauf und die Organisation sind sehr gut vorbereitet. Vom Transfer zum Hotel und Krankenhaus und Flughafen, bis hin zur Versorgung der tollen Krankenschwestern im Krankenhaus und Hotel. Ich bereuhe meine Entscheidung eine bariatrische OP über die Voila Health Tourism gemacht zu haben keine Minute lang! Overall Care
Dr. Furkan is a great surgeon as a whole and great personality. This is my 2nd surgery with him and I also introduced a friend that did her surgery about same time. He was able to reassured me and the surgery went well.
I did 360 body lift and I did asked his Drs during consultation if my bum will be extremely flat after my procedure and he said No, I’m now flat more than pancake because they took some skin from the bum and no shape up and with 360 you are suppose to give the bum a shape up; I know this cos I did my research before my surgery.
I’m not very happy because if they had told me then I will have added skinny BBL not leaving me looking flat flat with no shape at all at the back. In addition, main issue is my aftercare whatapp team, they have 0 empathy, I had complication 3rd day arriving back home, some of my incisions opened at the back and these people literally ignored me from when I sent them pictures till next day late in the afternoon after I’ve already attended the clinic here they now replied. Since then nobody messages to check on me unless I send them pictures and then i stopped because nobody seems to be interested in following up to check if I’m ok.
I spent lot of money on that because I couldn’t take that to NHS to fix for me since I chose to leave the country to have surgery done.
I was quite disappointed with their response & behaviour, I even raised my concern and messaged about their nonchalant and they read and ignored. Obviously I’m not in their country anymore so they don’t care, forgetting that referral & word of mouth is very important too. I’m a returnee & someone that have referred them so I’m quite disappointed with the level of aftercare communication i received unless they have selected client they care for but definitely I got the worse.
Will I choose Dr Furkan again, yes but I’ll appreciate transparency to manage expectations instead of wanting patients to come back again immediately when they can’t achieve what they want and for his aftercare team I got the the ones that don’t care in my 2nd round.
Looking at the responses from my review, I did asked during my consultation and if I was told then I would have added skinny bbl although that might had been hard cos Dr Furkan said I had no fat during my drawing as I lost more weight.
Please before responding make sure, you do your findings about my communication with aftercare team. I even reached on IG without no response. There was never a time anyone reached out to me unless I do. My previous aftercare team was much better. Dr Furkan cannot do everything by himself but he did his part with the surgery, I might not be happy due to the bum but he does his job well and his team too should match that energy and deliver same care.

Surgical Expectations & Transparency
A 360 body lift is designed to remove excess skin and tighten the body’s contours. It does not enhance or reshape the buttocks unless combined with a fat transfer, like a BBL. We always make this clear during consultations because we want every patient to have realistic expectations. If additional volume was your goal, adding a skinny BBL would have been the right approach. It’s never our intention to have patients come back for a second procedure due to unmet expectations—we prefer to set those expectations correctly from the start.
Aftercare & Communication
We take aftercare very seriously because healing is such a personal and important process. We’ve looked into your case, and our records show that each time you reached out, our team responded shortly after. Of course, there can be occasional delays, especially outside of working hours, but it’s absolutely not the case that you were ignored. Our coordinators, nurses, and aftercare doctor work hard to support patients through every step, even after they’ve returned home.
We understand that recovery can feel overwhelming, and it’s frustrating when things don’t go exactly as planned. But please know that we do care. Our team was there to guide you, and we’re still here if you need anything moving forward.
We’re grateful for your trust in Dr. Furkan’s skill, and it’s disappointing to hear you didn’t feel fully supported. That’s never what we want for our patients. Your feedback is important, and we’ll continue to improve. If there’s anything we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
