This is my second time having surgery with Voila, the truth is that the first time I was delighted, that's why I didn't want to change clinics, and I also had surgery with the best BBL doctor in Istanbul, Dr. Furkan, a person who makes you feel confident the first time you see him, he made me feel calm and assured me that I would really like the result, I'm 4 days post-surgery and I can't wait to see my results, from the moment I arrived in Istanbul, the nurses, the masseuse, they are all lovely people who were there to help me 24/7

My Lipo 360 and Hip Fat Injections Experience
I recently underwent Lipo 360 (liposuction on my stomach, back, and arms) combined with a fat transfer to my hips, performed by Dr. Furkan through VOILA Health Tourism in Turkey. I spent nine days there, and overall, it was a challenging yet positive experience.

Why I Chose This Surgery
I’m a young woman with a slim-normal build. 166cm Before the surgery, I weighed about 72–74kg and struggled with stubborn fat on my stomach, back, and arms that I couldn’t get rid of through exercise. Additionally, I wanted to smooth out my hip dips for a more balanced and natural look. My goal was not a dramatic change but a proportional body shape.

A friend who had a great experience with Dr. Furkan recommended him, and after researching his expertise in plastic surgery, I felt confident choosing him. I prepared two months in advance by adjusting my diet and exercise routine, managing to lose about 8–9 kg. By the day of the surgery, I weighed 64 kg. I understood that liposuction isn’t a weight-loss procedure but rather a way to contour and reshape the body.

Arrival and Surgery
VOILA Health Tourism organized everything professionally. I traveled alone from Munich, which was nerve-wracking for such a major surgery, but the team made me feel supported. Upon arrival, I was picked up at the airport by a private chauffeur and taken to my hotel.

The day before the surgery, I met Canan, the coordinator, who was very helpful and made the process smooth. Her support and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. I also had a quick consultation with Dr. Furkan. He listened to my goals and immediately understood what I wanted: a natural, proportional look. No unnatural mega body shape. He suggested slightly overfilling my hips to account for the fat that would dissolve over time, which made sense. His professionalism reassured me, and I felt confident in his approach.
The surgery itself went smoothly, but the first four days of recovery were very very challenging. The swelling and bruising were far worse than I anticipated, and it was difficult to move around. During this time, I was absolutely dependent on the nurses for everything—getting out of bed, moving around, and managing the drainage tubes. The nurses, especially Irem, İram, and Sheyda, were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and I truly couldn’t have managed without them.

While my hotel stay was comfortable and breakfast included, the food delivery policy was a major inconvenience. After surgery, I relied on food delivery for lunch and dinner as it was more affordable and offered variety. However, the hotel wouldn’t allow drivers to bring food to my room, so I had to pick it up from the lobby myself.

This was especially difficult during the first four days post-op when I was swollen, in pain, and wearing drainage tubes. Walking to the lobby in that state was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. I strongly recommend that VOILA Health Tourism work with the hotel to arrange better support for patients in those critical early days. By day five, it’s manageable and I was able to take care of myself.

Results and Recovery
Now, ten days post-op, I’m happy with the results. The incisions are tiny—less than a centimeter each—and I’m confident the scars will fade completely. Considering the multiple areas I had treated (stomach, back, arms, and hips), the minimal scarring is impressive.
The lymphatic drainage massages were crucial for my recovery. I booked five sessions with the physiotherapist, who was very skilled and focused on reducing swelling and making me more comfortable. I would highly recommend these massages, as they made a significant difference in how I felt post-surgery.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly I regained mobility in my arms. Despite the swelling, I was able to lift light objects like my suitcase within a few days, which was reassuring.

On my last day, I had a quick check-up with Dr. Furkan. He was calm, attentive, and reassuring, explaining that the swelling would continue to subside over the next few weeks. It was a simple yet professional way to wrap up the process, and I left feeling confident about my recovery.

Dr. Furkan is an experienced and attentive surgeon who delivered exactly what I wanted. The nurses, especially Irem, İram, and Sheyda, were incredible and made my recovery much easier with their kindness and care. Also much love to the nurses in the hospital. Angels

While the first few days were tough, I’m confident the results will continue to improve. If you’re considering any body contouring or fat injections, I highly recommend VOILA Health Tourism and Dr. Furkan. If I decide to have another procedure in the future, I’ll definitely return to him.

My experience with Dr. Furkan was amazing. After the operation the nurses took care of me whenever I needed assistance. I didn’t chase any language before or after the procedure.
Canan was great for someone coming from a German speaking country and made me feel less nervous before the surgery. The results are great and I am looking forward to see the final results.

Just came home from my stay in Istanbul. I had 360 vaser Lipo and inner thigh Lipo with Dr. Furkan Certel. I have emailed Voila and had contact with them for months, and they were helpful with answers and worries. I previously had Lipo but was left very uneven and regretted not going for this company and doctor the first time . (I was stupid and chose the cheaper option at that time.)

My experience with Voila and Dr.Furkan had been absolutely amazing! The doctor is very honest and good. His team of nurses, psychologists and physiotherapist are absolutely amazing. I went alone, but felt so well taken care of. Their energy, their support and their knowledge is very appreciated. The level of service throughout this process has been wonderful! I became nervous the day of surgery, but meeting the doctor before and having a chat, his way of being made me feel more relaxed. He was honest about what I should expect (I have previously lost weight and had Lipo, so my skin would not be tight, but tightER.) the amount of reduction in thighs were realistic and I could breathe. I was afraid of being over lipoed and end up very bulky in the legs, but his words on how he would only remove excess fat not all fat, immediately told me this is the right surgeon for me.

My recovery went very well so far, it is day 7, and the more I move my body the easier it gets. (Made myself a rule during the first days to walk 10-15 minutes every 3. Hours and also after every meal.)

So sad I missed the opportunity to buy the massage, but she showed me pressure I should use for my pre-booked sessions at home, that I set up before going. (Financially easier as I started booking and paying for them a few months ago, and now I have 2-4 massages set up weekly the next 4 months.)

All In all: extremely happy with the team, surgeon, hotel and experience. I know where I am sending anyone mentioning they want surgery done!🫶🏾

Now I am healing and will give my body the time it needs before I judge any results, as I am very swollen. (Naturally!)

And: yes, it is very VIP, but: they have maaany people working for the clinic, and there are MANY patients to plan for logistically, and as all areas with human communication, things can take a while, answers might be delayed, but they always answer all and any questions as soon as you coordinators have the information they need.

Tout c'est très bien passé. L'accueil à l'aéroport était formidable.
J'ai eu une interlocutrice pour le français durant le 1er jour, le reste de mon séjour j'ai travaillé mon anglais😅. A l'hôpital certaines infirmières utilisaient le traducteur google 🙂, donc vraiment je n'ai pas rencontré de problème dû à la langue ( du coup important si on ne parle pas anglais ou turc d'avoir le Wi-Fi et d'acheter une carte e-sim).
Superbe le groupe WhatsApp en Français en cas de soucis. La physiotherapeute formidable.
A mon retour en Guyane Française, mon Kinésithérapeute a été bluffé par la qualité des cicatrices et de la documentation que Voilà Health m'avait remis.

Par dessus le marché le Dr Furkan m'a arrangé 2 hernies abdominales 🤗

I got liposuction done in this place
It was on my arms and double chin i never had liposuction or any other surgery
And now I came out of the surgery with two different size of arms so many irregularity and burnt skin
My double chin is burnt
Now i have all the fat still there but with a huge burnt scar all around my double chin which disabled me from moving around my head and face
the doctor blamed my body and skin type for having a different reaction to the surgery
And it’s not his fault at all
After so many attempts weeks and weeks texting and calling I finally got to talk with the doctor on a video call which only they could see me
And it ended up with them chatting in turkish (which I don’t understand)between themselves since the doctor doesn’t speak English
I didn’t get any response for my question and complains on that call
(I have recorded the call i can send it to anyone who wants to listen to it)
Now no body answer me the doctor said the company needs to give me response
And the company says it’s on the doctor
It’s a mess
Do not go there

The service was top notch ... from being picked up at the airport to the hotel
Then the consultation and everything else was top notch and great.

We stayed in a great hotel, with free breakfast! The nurses were friendly and top notch

The only concern was the result.
I was expecting to have more volume than expected because I've had a bbl and bichectomy... I'm in convalescence at the moment... I'll have the final result in 6 months.

In terms of safety, you'll be safe here and you'll be well looked after! As for the result, make sure you tell the doctor what you want and insist that it is as close as possible to what you want.

I recommend furkan because he is very kind, smiling and human! He's a good doctor

Had Bariatric surgery with Voila. Excellent service from the Voila team nurses and the surgeon. Made me feel comfortable during the most life changing experience in my life. Surgeon and the team made me feel at ease. The after care support is also very good always there to answer any questions I have. Looking forward to continuing this journey with Voila.

Had a surgery done with dr. Furkan and a month ago and was quite happy as the shape looked good enough. But now I am absolutely frustrated . My BBL looks absolutely flat and asymmetrical in some places. Looks even worse than before.

I would like to thank and greatly praise the team (Voilá), who took care of me, I am very grateful for your competence as doctors and nurses, but also for the attentive and kind people who were there for me when I needed them most! I made a lifestyle decision to get a bariatric surgery..Initially i was worried and dont know where to go till i heard of Voila. I spoke to one of the rep Sully he was so helpful and offered alot of reassurance to me. I travelled from Uk to turkey got picked up by Voila and transferred to the hospital for blood test. To cut long story short, the whole voila team was amazing.I cant thank Dr Salim my surgeon enough. He did an amazing job for me. He was so nice and caring and all the nurses in the hospital are fabulous. Patient co ordinator Buschura and my personal nurse Irem was great. Icem the dietitian is wonderful she takes her time and explains everything into detail😀 on top of that i had a free dental consultation which i loved.The voila nurses in the hotel are amazing 24/7 care 🥰I will always recommend voila to everyone who wants bariatic or cosmetic surgery in Istanbul. Voilahealth tourism always the best.

Es wurde alles sehr gut organisiert von A bis Z.
Man wird vom Flughafen abgeholt mit einem Transfer. Das Krankenhaus ist sehr gut die Schwestern kümmern sich sehr gut um einen, das Hotel in dem man bleibt ist ein sehr schönes 5Sterne Hotel. Dr.Furkan Certel nimmt sich Zeit für einen geht auf die Wünsche ein und setzt sie Perfekt um, er ist wirklich sehr freundlich und einfühlsam. Das Ergebnis ist hervorragend er ist wirklich ein sehr guter Arzt. Ich bin mehr als Glücklich das ich mich für Dr. Furkan Certel und sein Voila Team entschieden habe. Die Schwestern sowie die Physiotherapeuten von Voila Team sind alles sehr kompetent und nett, sie schauen in Regelmäßigen Abständen nach einem und sind auch sonst immer erreichbar. Well what can l say but great reviews. From the surgeon Dr hakan amazing look after me from start to finish amazing results,he listened to what l wanted and he achieved it,The viola team also first class .the nurses that visit you twice a day or more if needed.the hotel 5 stars .am 3 weeks now since my procedures. Tummy tuck breast uplift and 360 lipo and ever day am seeing the results. Not going to lie am a 56 years old and my beautiful daughter accompanied me so l was truly blessed with the healing process .
