From the very beginning, the coordination and communication were extremely clear, professional, and reassuring. Everything was very well organized, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Dr. Furkan is truly exceptional — highly skilled, attentive, and very thorough in explaining every step before and after the procedure. I felt confident and safe under his care.
The nurses and medical team were absolutely amazing: kind, patient, supportive, and always attentive to my needs. Their care made a huge difference in my comfort and recovery.
As a small suggestion, it would be even more perfect if fast-track airport check-in assistance could be included, especially for post-surgery patients, to make travel even easier and more comfortable.

I heard about Dr Furkan a couple years ago through a friend, I did my research and contacted him through Instagram. The team at Voila Health Tourism reached out to me and answered all my questions and concerns. They recommended what was best for me to start my journey and in 2025 I finally went for my surgery 😊 Even though we had a couple miscommunications, overall I had a very good experience. The hotel was a 5 star hotel, they made accommodation for my companion and made sure she was taken care of. The Dr, nurses and the team at Voila Health Tourism were amazing.

Ich schreibe diese Rezension mit Tränen in den Augen, weil ich immer noch kaum glauben kann, was mir passiert ist. Ich habe mich für eine Schönheitsoperation entschieden, weil ich meinen Körper verbessern und mich wohler fühlen wollte. Doch stattdessen wurde alles nur schlimmer. Das Ergebnis ist katastrophal – mein Körper wurde regelrecht verpfuscht, und ich erkenne mich selbst kaum wieder.
Ich hatte so großes Vertrauen in den Arzt und die Praxis. Mir wurde Professionalität und Erfahrung versprochen, doch was ich erlebt habe, war das Gegenteil. Nach der Operation wurde ich mit meinen Sorgen völlig allein gelassen. Niemand hat sich wirklich für meinen Zustand interessiert, und auf meine verzweifelten Nachfragen bekam ich nur ausweichende oder kalte Antworten.
Das Schlimmste: Für die angebliche „Korrektur“ des Fehlers soll ich jetzt noch einmal 2.500 € bezahlen – obwohl der Schaden ganz klar aus der ersten, misslungenen Operation stammt. Ich empfinde das als absolut unfair und herzlos.
Ich fühle mich gedemütigt, körperlich wie seelisch verletzt und im Stich gelassen. Mein Vertrauen in Ärzte ist erschüttert, und jeden Tag erinnert mich mein Körper daran, was passiert ist. Diese Erfahrung hat mich zutiefst geprägt – und ich würde mir wünschen, ich hätte mich nie in diese Hände begeben.
Bitte, an alle, die überlegen, hier eine Schönheitsoperation durchführen zu lassen: Seid vorsichtig und informiert euch gründlich. Ich würde niemandem wünschen, das durchzumachen, was ich erlebt habe.

Kein seriöser Arzt der Welt kann den exakten Heilungsverlauf eines Körpers voraussagen. Genau deshalb informieren wir *vor jeder Operation transparent* über mögliche Risiken, Heilungsphasen und die notwendige Geduld während des Regenerationsprozesses.
Unser Team – bestehend aus unserem *Nachsorgearzt, den Krankenschwestern und unseren Patientenkoordinatorinnen* – steht allen Patientinnen *vor und nach der Operation* unterstützend zur Seite. Jede Nachricht und jedes Foto, das Sie uns gesendet haben, wurde geprüft, und Ihnen wurde – wie bei allen unseren Patienten – geraten, den Heilungsprozess abzuwarten, bevor voreilige Schlüsse gezogen werden. I had 360 lipo + bbl done on 15th August 2025 and all I can say is wooooow the best experience.
I was so nervous at first naturally but the communication with Voila Health Tourism has been amazing from the moment I enquired about the surgery over a year ago until now I’m 5 weeks post op, the team are extremely professional they make the experience just that little bit better because they actually care about you. Dr Furkan honestly changed my life, I’m only 5 weeks post op but the way I feel, the way I look is simply out of this world never would have imagined that it would’ve gone this good. He listened to what I wanted from this surgery & most definitely delivered. He is amazing, from the consultation I had with him before my surgery, I knew I was in safe hands because he explained to me everything that I needed to know & was not afraid to answer any questions I had too.

Expérience mitigée : organisation ok, résultat à revoir
In April 2024, I had surgery with Dr. Mehdi Asadov: abdominoplasty, 360° liposuction, arm liposuction, and fat transfer to the buttocks.
In terms of organization, everything went smoothly: I felt comfortable, the team was professional, reassuring, and friendly. Communication via WhatsApp was clear, and once I arrived, the transfers and overall organization were well managed.
Unfortunately, on the day I left the hotel, I developed an infection in my belly button. Because the skin had been pulled tight, this led to a separation of the navel area. Now, more than a year later, I need revision surgery: a scar revision because my belly button scar is very unsightly due to the infection and tissue separation, and additional liposuction because of asymmetries — some areas were not treated evenly.
My advice: if you are absolutely certain about the surgeon’s expertise and skills, Turkey can be interesting thanks to the lower prices. But if you know a reputable surgeon closer to home, it may be wiser to invest a bit more. Money comes and goes, but the result is permanent.
Today, I have to spend more money to fix a result I am not happy with, and in the end, with all I’ve spent, I could have had my surgery done in France or with a well-recognized surgeon.
En avril 2024, je me suis fait opérer par le Dr Mehdi Asadov pour une abdominoplastie, une liposuccion 360°, une liposuccion des bras ainsi qu’une injection de graisse dans les fesses.
Au niveau de l’organisation, tout s’est globalement bien passé : je me suis sentie à l’aise, l’équipe est professionnelle, rassurante et sympathique. Les échanges via WhatsApp se sont déroulés correctement, et une fois sur place, le transfert et la prise en charge ont été bien organisés.
Malheureusement, le jour de mon départ de l’hôtel, j’ai eu une infection au niveau du nombril. La peau ayant été très tendue, cela a entraîné une désunion du nombril. Aujourd’hui, plus d’un an après, je dois subir une reprise de cicatrices car celle du nombril est devenue très inesthétique à cause de cette complication. Je dois également refaire une liposuccion en raison d’asymétries : certaines zones n’ont pas été traitées de façon homogène et le résultat n’est pas équilibré.
Si je peux donner un conseil : si vous êtes absolument sûr(e) du chirurgien, de son expertise et de son savoir-faire, la Turquie peut être intéressante grâce aux prix attractifs. Mais si vous connaissez un chirurgien reconnu et réputé près de chez vous, il vaut parfois mieux payer un peu plus cher. L’argent, ça va et ça vient, mais le résultat, lui, reste définitif.
Aujourd’hui, je dois engager des frais supplémentaires pour corriger un résultat qui ne me convient pas, et au final, avec tout ce que j’ai dépensé, j’aurais pu directement me faire opérer en France ou par un chirurgien de renom.
Nisan 2024’te Dr. Mehdi Asadov tarafından ameliyat oldum: karın germe, 360° liposuction, kol liposuctionu ve popoya yağ enjeksiyonu.
Organizasyon açısından her şey genel olarak sorunsuz geçti: kendimi rahat hissettim, ekip profesyonel, güven verici ve aynı zamanda çok samimiydi. WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim gayet iyiydi, geldiğimde transfer ve organizasyon da düzgün şekilde yapıldı.
Ne yazık ki, otelden ayrıldığım gün göbek bölgemde enfeksiyon gelişti. Karın derisi çok gerildiği için göbekte açılma oldu. Ameliyatımdan bir yıldan fazla zaman geçti ve şimdi tekrar ameliyat olmam gerekiyor: göbekteki yara izi enfeksiyon ve açılma nedeniyle çok kötü görünüyor, ayrıca asimetriler olduğu için yeniden liposuction yaptırmam lazım. Bazı bölgeler eşit şekilde alınmadığı için sonuç dengesiz oldu.
Benim tavsiyem: cerrahınızın gerçekten çok yetenekli olduğundan kesin olarak eminseniz, fiyatlar uygun olduğu için Türkiye cazip olabilir. Ama eğer yaşadığınız yerde tanınmış ve güvenilir bir cerrah varsa, biraz daha fazla ödemek çok daha mantıklı olur. Para gelir geçer, ama sonuç kalıcıdır.
Bugün, beni tatmin etmeyen sonucu düzeltmek için tekrar para harcamak zorundayım. Sonuç olarak, harcadığım toplam parayla aslında Fransa’da veya tanınmış bir cerrahla ameliyat olabilirdim.

Infections and tissue reactions, while rare, are natural risks that *no surgeon in any country can 100% prevent*. Suggesting that such events are caused by a lack of expertise is misleading.

Faire croire que cela relève d’un manque de compétence n’est pas juste.

We take transparency and professionalism VERY seriously, which is exactly why this review stands out — there is NO record of any patient experience matching what’s described here. No real names, no booking details, no consultation logs. NOTHING.
If someone truly had an appointment with us, we would have their full medical itinerary, consent forms, and a dedicated coordinator’s communication record — and we always provide those to real patients upon request. This comment provides ZERO proof because there is NO actual case behind it.
It’s unfortunate to see deliberate attempts to spread false and misleading statements. Our clinic handles hundreds of international patients every month, and any scheduling adjustments — when medically necessary — are always communicated transparently and agreed upon with the patient. A complete cancellation “because of WhatsApp delays” simply does not exist in our system.
We value honest feedback from real patients, but fabricated claims like this are taken seriously and documented. We encourage the reviewer to provide verifiable details — otherwise, this reads as what it is: a clear defamation attempt.

I had surgery with Dr. Furkan at Viola and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Even though I met Dr Furkan last year November when he came to London for assessment and l was still apprehensive to go. Dr Furkan highly skilled with an artistic approach that gave me full confidence. The hospital was outstanding with great nurse's, and very well organized. The hotel is 5 * with 24/7 nurses available which made recovery comfortable and stress-free. The seamless coordination between the doctor, hospital, and hotel made the entire process outstanding. So far Dr Furkan is the best among All. Period.

Dr Frukan very good doctor
I am so excited about Dr Frukan my friend found him on instagram I was so scared for her, I tried to discourage from going to Turkey but she was adamant. She got beautiful results and was excited about the luxury treatment and care. So I decided to go there for myself..omg !!! Everyone was nice , 5star hospital 5star hotel , everything was smooth . Dr Frukan so far is the best. Im 7days post operation. I had a great after care, the nurses and everyone makes you feel at peace. I will recommend anytime

I’m very happy to have chosen this clinic and Dr. Furkan. I had a BBL before which was performed so badly and the aftercare was a mess. But at Voila the team is really trying to help you get better. In the hospital the team and the nurses are 24/7 looking after you( checking up on you every 20 minutes). This helped a lot especially while travelling alone. Dr. Furkan is such an amazing and advanced doctor as soon as we had the discussion before surgery I was sure that I’d be in great hands. Also a big big thank you to Canan. She’s not only an AMAZING coordinator but an amazing human being. Love her and immediately felt safe and secure with her. I’m definitely coming back when I need surgery. After all best team and aftercare you could ask for. Would highly recommend booking with Voila and Dr. Furkan. Thank you to the whole team ❤️❤️❤️
