Had a problem with a speaker we ordered via Amazon and had the best customer service from Ashleigh at Vocal -star Was sent a new replacement within a couple of days.

Microphone broke after 2 uses
Microphone broke after 2 uses, after 2 months. Vocal star would not replace as classed as consumables. Only response from vocal star is to buy a new one. Original quality rubbish why would I buy again. Avoid at all costs.
Update after vocal star feedback.
Doesn’t matter what your terms say, your product broke after 2 uses. Fact. It should not break after 2 uses. Product inferior, customer service shambolic. Avoid at all cost.

AMAZING SERVICE
Needed some spare microphones for a party next weekend, so I emailed vocal start on Saturday morning. Got a reply within minutes from Sam. He was extremely helpful, he was very keen to ensure I was getting the correct model so I would have no interruptions. Such good customer service skills, I would never leave a review unless I feel like a person deserves a praise and Sam certainly does!! He even has got my item to leave on Saturday and be with me on Monday! Great guy!

Update on machine I have received an email from vocalstar informing me that that it is on its way. I stupidly never read full thing saying it was a pre order item. Although looking at it it's hard to see at first but I am happy it on its way thank you vocal star

Remote control for VS-1200
The new remote arrived promptly and works fine, the original one stopped working for some reason.Quite a reasonable price too. I had concerns whether it would work but it did straight out of the box.

Brilliant customer service which really helped me feel confident about hiring the karaoke machine.
It arrived as expected and was really easy to set up.
We had a fantastic night with the karaoke which made the Hen night absolutely brilliant.
Can’t fault the customer service, delivery, equipment and pick up of the equipment the following day.

We are so impressed with this
We are so impressed with the Vocal Star portable karaoke machine. We have been looking for something for our daughter to use to practice her singing and this has been amazing. The sound is brilliant. Very easy to set up and the lights etc make it so much fun.
The sound is so great that my son (16) has been using it to - so they have been arguing (sharing) it. Thanks so much for such a great all round sound system and thanks to Lauren for the demo xxx

I hired a system for a weekend away
I hired a system for a weekend away, the system arrived well packed and secure. The equipment was all in good working order and so easy to set up and use. It made our weekend. would hire again from Vocal Star. I recommend them to anyone wanting a easy to use karaoke system.

I recently had to have a karaoke machine repaired whist still under guarantee. The matter was dealt with by Ellie, who could not have been more helpful. The machine was repaired and returned to me within a matter of days. Great service.

Just purchased karaoke machine. Within 1 day of ordering I received the equipment. Quality and sound brilliant Vocal-Star 200w Party Speaker With Bluetooth, AUX, Led Light effects (P180). Excellent value for money. The customer service was exceptional in answering my queries and really promptly. Ashleigh was really knowledgeable and very helpful as a customer that is the kind of service you need. Sound quality excellent and easy instructions. Very happy with this purchase and company will highly recommend
