Communication with team was great, they were quick and friendly when replying. Order was sent out almost immediately to make sure it got to us in time for the party which was great. However, program on laptop was slow and glitchy, we had to restart it on multiple times. Also the wireless mic’s died very quickly and we had to use the wired one for most of the night. Having said that the kareoke machine was the hit of the party and everybody loved it!

wasn't sure exactly what I needed for my home setup so called up. To my surprise got straight through to a real person who spent the next 10 minutes discussing what i wanted from it. Would use again and recommend. Use my equipment frequently (had 2 years) and no issues at all.

Was sent a broken second hand microphone in a jiffy bag. However, the way it was handled was very good so my faith is somewhat restored. I just can't comprehend how a company would send a broken second hand part to a customer purchasing new!

I ordered a replacement charger for my vsp180 karaoke speaker which I purchased from them and they sent the wrong one but insisted it was the right one.

Not only was it the wrong one but a 12v plug for a 9v appliance which is very dangerous and nearly caused a fire if i hadnt of noticed the plug was overheating or could have blown up the karaoke speaker which they would have been liable for instead of £3.69 postage which under the consumer regulation contract you have 14 days to return and the company pays the postage no matter what reason, Trading Standards told me that and I sent the owner it.

My bank refunded me the whole £14.99 without having to send it back when I sent them all the correspondence between me and the company.

I would have ordered from them again if i.hadn't of had such a bad experience and have told my friends what happened so they will not be either.

Needed advice for my VS-800 machine after i had bluetooth issues, got a very quick professional response from Lauren who asked for videos of the set up etc. My machine was out of warranty and couldnt be fixed but was offered a brand new machine for the cost of a repair by another great member of staff Ashleigh. When in stock it was promptly delivered and it works fine.
