AXA insurance referred me to vizion repairers very quick after the accident. Could not fault the service given during the repair. Informed regularly during and with a followup check of car. Credit to all your staff, car was returned to me as brand new. Thankyou millions.

I haven't used Vizion before, but I had a feeling and I experienced the most brilliant repair ever!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Liza whome assisted me in getting my financial settlement from my insurer. She was good to her word throughout returning calls very prompt e mail responses & precuse leat advice updates. I was full if faith in her representation of me & she did not disappoint. I'm certain the payout was much swifter with her involvement. No percs as in commission, just someone functioning from a good place in their heart which is a rare thing in some sogkplaces. The repair took 2 months, which I consider an unreasonable time. The repairer (Stoneacre) notified the insurer (AXA) that the repair was complete before it had been checked by me. As a result, my replacement vehicle hire was terminated, even though I then had to reject the repair twice due to poor quality. Overall an unprofessional and overly-complicated process involving AXA, Vizion, Stoneacre and Enterprise. Vizion added nothing to this and I would recommend avoiding AXA, Vizion and Stoneacre.

Interior in my car has been damaged which had nothing to do with the repair of my car not impressed… I have no time to waste and chase it up. No one ever got back to me from the company so I too much time consuming all I know is that I’ll never recommend them to anyone?

I must say that I was very impressed by Vizion Network in how they handled the sourcing of repairers in my area and the excellent communication during the repair and also Campailla's of Llanelli who carried out the repairs;Im very grateful to both companies and also Hastings who arranged the transfer of my car from France.
