I feel like the supplements make a big improvement to getting me focused for the day and I notice when I haven't had them. I don't like the plastic strip packaging as it's bad for the environment, so I would change that. I like that there is a quiz to tailor the supplements to each individual.

We are so glad to hear your vitamins are having such a positive effect on your day! We completely understand and take on board your comments regarding the use of plastic in our packaging.
This is something we are looking to move away from over the next year, but for now we have partnered with Terracycle who recycle our blister strips for us. we ask customers to save around 4 months worth of strips and then reach out to hello@vitl.com. We can issue you with a returns label to send them off in the post and from there they get recycled!

It’s been a great experience
It’s been a great experience signing up and starting with Vitl. It’s easy, friendly and not overwhelming which sometimes with choosing vitamins it can be! The daily organisation really helps to get you into a habit and one week in, I can truly say my energy levels are so much higher!

Vitl is a great vitamin company
Vitl is a great vitamin company. The staff are always quick to reply to any queries that I have and are so helpful and friendly. The vitamins are great quality and I love receiving the gifts that come with my subscription. They always have great deals that make the vitamins more affordable. I would 100% recommend.

Improvement within a week
Within a week, my sleep was better and had more energy in the morning. I had longer energy throughout the day and better concentration. It has rapidly improved my day to day and would recommend to anyone

Order not delivered account not reacheable
Using their service for the past year. Now I cannot login in for more than a week, their 'magic link' does not come over, also for my last subscription they took the money 3+ weeks ago, last time i could check in my account the order was still with them 10 days ago. SO did they just stop existing? Functioning? They reached the number of subscribers they wanted took the last subscription money and poof?

Unfortunately we were experiencing a technical fault meaning our magic links weren't being delivered. As soon as we were alerted to this issue our tech team working quickly to rectify this issue. We completely understand how inconvenient this is for our customers, but we solved it as quickly as we could.
Having looked at your account it looks like your order was unfortunately lost within the Royal Mail system, which does occasionally happen. I have gone ahead and processed a full refund for you and resent this order, which should now have been delivered.

Great product and great customer service
I’ve only been taking my vitamins for a very short while (this is my first box) but I like the handy daily sleeves that snap off so I can take them anywhere with me, it’s so handy to make sure I get my vitamins in for the day. The customer service of this company is excellent, my first box contained an error and they very quickly sent a replacement and provided me with postage to send the wrong box back.
I love the simplicity of taking the quiz and personalising my vitamins and I’m really happy that I changed from my old supplier to this one, it’s just so much easier and a lot more convenient for me.

Lies and poor customer appreciation
I have been a customer of Vital for over four years and happy until now.
The best before date has always been between 4-6 months. My last 3 deliveries have had the same batch code and expiry of November. For medical reasons I was unable to take the vitamins and so I kept ordering but now I can take them again, the expiry date does not allow me to. They also lied about the expiry dates when I have proof.
Given this is a premium product - they should do better.
There is no reason for the expiry date to be 1 month and customer service have been incredibly poor in recognising loyal customer service.

To give you a bit more information on how Vitl works, our subscription model was created to help customers develop routine with supplementation. Our pack contains 4-weeks worth of vitamins and the assumption is that customers will begin taking these relatively soon after they've been received, and are then ready for the next month's supply when their subscription renews 4-weeks later. We do however completely understand that life gets in the way sometimes & people fall out of routine, which is why customers have the ability to easily pause (or even cancel!) directly on our website.
We obviously always ensure the product we send out allows enough time for consumption plus a buffer, which at present means we pull stock 6 weeks prior to its BBE. This timeline has also been determined in an effort to combat unnecessary wastage.
We have sent out a new pack for you which should be with you very soon and do not hesitate to reach out if you have any other issues or questions!

I’ve been using these for almost a…
I’ve been using these for almost a month now, and I much prefer them over regular supplements. Instead of juggling multiple bottles of vitamins or relying on a single multivitamin that might not be very nutritious, this product conveniently combines everything you need. The daily packs come in a cute little box, making them super easy to take. While I haven’t noticed any effects yet, it’s still early, and I really appreciate the convenience they offer. Plus, if you think they’re expensive, they’re actually quite reasonable—buying multiple bottles of vitamins separately would cost about the same.
