Excellent customer service
After ordering from Vitl for the first time I needed to contact the customer service team with a question. I want to leave a review as it is refreshing to deal with a company who not only cares about the needs of their customers but follows through to ensure you are happy with the both their service and their product. Vitl have gone above my expectation and ensured I feel valued as a customer. At a time where customer service is in decline it is truly refreshing to deal with a company that values your custom. I will definitely be ordering my vitamins from Vitl going forward and would recommend them to others not only for their excellent products but their customer care.

Great product and customer support
I started taking personalised vitamins from Vitl a few months ago because I was feeling consistently fatigued from work and knew I was deficient in several key vitamins and iron. Typically, my blood tests show low levels, but to my surprise, my most recent test came back completely normal—a first for me! Not only have the supplements made a noticeable difference in my health, but the customer service has also been exceptional. I had a misplaced order, and Lika from the Vitl team went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly. Her patience, excellent communication, and genuine care really stood out. I can’t recommend Vitl enough for both their high-quality products and outstanding customer support. Thank you, Lika!

Just so easy
Really love the Vitl concept of having a consultation and then out rolls exactly what you need! No more research into supplements or reading endless labels in the shop. My Essential One has been my trusty friend as it makes me feel a whole lot better.

A tailored service for your bodies needs. I have been taking my vitl for 3 weeks now and my skin feels amazing, I have IBS and have seen a dramatic difference in my digestion and bloating. I have more energy and was told I likely wouldn't see results until after a month but I'm already feeling great.

Excellent company. Very friendly, professional, fast delivery of my vitamins. I have already felt the difference with the vitamins I have been taking. The vitamins come in a sealed foil pouch for each day, which makes life so much easier when you're on the go. The customer service goes above and beyond to assist your needs.
