Ordered May12 and paid extra for express delivery. Come delivery date nothing. Then email landed with production issues and new delivery 26 may. Ók things happen. Come 26 May still nothing. Talking to customer service they can't give me a date for delivery. Beyond frustrated. Have to accept inferior product.
Vistaprint refunded delivery, but I just want what I paid for in a reasonable time. Honestly a horrible experience... Don't bother responding with your generic reply vista print, that I see you've done with others.

You paid for a premium service and expected your products in a reasonable timeframe, and we completely failed to deliver on that promise. While we know a shipping refund does not make up for the massive delay and the stress this has caused, we want to look into exactly what went wrong with your order and see how we can best assist you moving forward. Customer service agent aala is nothing…
Customer service agent aala is top tier. We had to order 120 t shirts with signatures on the back for our grad but unfortunately the signatures were done in a format that wouldn’t work for vistaprints’ website. The first agent we were put in contact with couldn’t do anything. The second gave us good advice but couldn’t do anything either. Just when we were about to give up, we tried one more time. Alaa was kind, friendly but most importantly, EFFICIENT. We could see him change the design in live time on our screen and it came out perfect!!!! 120 people now rest very very happily with their gorgeous shirts and we thank alaa everyday
