The quality of the products is great, shipping is fast and the team is absolutely lovely and super efficient. The only little problem I had was sorted at 9pm in seconds through the chat, I highly recommend !

Lovely quality, reasonable prices, and our orders arrived even sooner than estimated.

The only minor "issue", was that there was a slight, almost unnoticeable difference in the shape of the phone pouch, between the two samples we ordered first, and the ones in the larger order we did, later - the samples were nicer, with rounder corners. The printed picture was not quite as smooth in the larger order, although still great quality. Most people wouldn't even notice the difference, and it's not really a real issue.

Still, we are happy enough to give five stars, and will order again.

Anna, our design assistant was absolutely amazing! The cost of getting her to help us with the design, was under 12 Euros, which is so cheap for a half hour zoom call and included 3 revisions, which we didn’t need. Anna had already come up with a couple of amazing designs, which fitted our brief exactly. She also turned our logos into vectors, so we could use them for other design projects. She was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. One very happy customer. Thank you so much much Anna!

I've been a repeat VistaPrint customer and have ordered five photo books over the years, always intending to order XL Landscape.

My first issue was that one photo book arrived with blurred printing. VistaPrint acknowledged the problem and provided account credit, which I appreciated.

I used that credit to reorder the same photo book. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived in Large Landscape instead of XL Landscape, meaning I still didn't receive the product I should have had.

When I contacted customer support, Farah agreed this should be resolved and initially advised that, although she couldn't process a replacement, she would add merchandise credit to my account so I could recreate the album. Before this could be completed, the chat was disconnected.

A second agent then completely contradicted what I had been told. She said no further credit could be issued because my replacement order had already been paid for using credit. I explained that I was fully aware of that—the original credit was compensation for the blurred photo book. The replacement was still incorrect, so I have effectively received the wrong product twice in a row. Despite this, I was told their system would not allow any further resolution.

To make matters worse, I was told Farah would call me back, but she never did. I then had two separate chat sessions end without resolution after spending around 45 minutes trying to sort out what should have been a straightforward issue. To top it all off, I now appear to have been locked out of using the live chat service.

Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What I don't understand is why a loyal customer is left with an incorrect product after two attempts, receives conflicting information from different agents, broken promises of a callback, and ultimately no meaningful effort to put things right.
