The thing is that we never got our booklet what we order thee times ( it was ment to be for our business partner). You left us waiting every time for 8-10 days and cancelled our order via email, without even phone call and explanation. When we reached via chat, we got different reasons every time not even try to sort our problem actually your problem, as it was on your side. From when we open our business we were taking bags and all, in 10 days max we would get them. These last two times 30 days, really 🤔, so Vista if you can’t handle it don’t advertise your self, as we got email that you can’t design booklet so why you are have it in offer. And manager hahahaha joke, not even apology and empty stories, till today no one didn’t get back to us that we find a way or somehow sort what we need.

Perfect craftsmanship
Im so happy with the shirts and hat that they embroidered emblems on,the quality craftsmanship is perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to do companies logos emblems on materials.

I ordered some mugs with custom
graphics. The print quality was poor. It was blurrier than it should have been based on the quality of the uploaded images. Black lines were blurry with a bleeding green ink halo. It would probably have been fine for a photographic image. But if you are the kind of person who saves as a PNG instead of a JPEG (and knows why) this is not the print service for you.

21 days late so far
Ordered and was due to recieve this on the 21st of last month in time for a promotional event and it didn't arrive. Its now still Somewhere in the Netherlands 21 days after the estimated arrival date and it looks like I'll miss the second event this weekend too! I'm a very small (sole trader) buisness so this is a really big inconvenience.

Great work on side of customer service
The first delivery was defect due to bad packaging during transport. A simple message with pictures solved the problem in the most efficient and timely manner. Great work on side of customer service, exceptionally nice response.
The software is easy to use and the quality of the books is good. The product is worth the price.

Excellent Professional Service
A courier delivered my order to the wrong address and were not very helpful or professional. I contacted the VisaPrint help center and straight from the off they were very responsive , professional and helpful . They sorted out the issue immediately with out question . Fine customer service and definitely have a returning customer .
