Everything went very well. I had been unwell for a while and decided I wanted MRI. Didn't want to wait for NHS so took the decision to pay. Not as expensive as I thought it would be. Booking appointment very easy and procedure was booked for three days later. Got results four days after that. Thoroughly recommend.

I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic. I had an MRI scan, and everything went smoothly, quickly, and comfortably. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and they explained everything clearly before the procedure. The clinic was clean and welcoming. Thank you for the excellent care and service. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Salford had an impressive setup…
Salford had an impressive setup although based in a retail park the operation was clean and professionally setup as good if not better than within a full hospital.
The machine was a Siemens 1.5T it was scrupulously clean as one would expect. It did not make as much noise as I had expected.
The staff doing the full body MRI guided me professionally and positively through the process from start to finish.
I found the scan time very relaxing, but I could imagine some people, who can’t just close their eyes and relax, finding it more of a mental challenge.
The results were returned really fast. It seemed the heart scan was the most detailed by far. The spine and head were the next most detailed. In my instance the rest of the scan had less detail in the report, which was probably the best outcome if correct.
It was helpful to find two minor spinal issues which I can now proactively address to slow future problems.
If there was one thing I would change it would be for a follow up by someone who can read the scans to collaborate the report findings. Eg a second pair of eyes. The cost of everything is only worth it if the scan interpretation is carefully prepared.
This was my first full body scan. If anything arises in the future, or perhaps every 5 years, I could have another scan at this one will act as a personal benchmark.
Finally I did consider using a competitor but I felt they were only considering their KPI’s and enquiry conversions rather than listening to communications. I did not have these feelings from Vista.
I would recommend. Is it worth the money - Yes if it finds something important, if it does not then maybe it’s still worth it for peace of mind.

VERY supportive and professional.
Everything. Very professional. Also I was coming from Llandudno to Salford and I missed my connection meaning I was late for my appointment. I had rung them and they were very helpful in accommodating me much to my relief.
