Had to call every single time to get them to actually provide me with my report and scans. And to nudge the hospital to book in my MRI. Avoid and save your time and money

Managed to get a scan the next day, results within 5 days even though it was a bank holiday. Quick and efficient, can recommend!

Everything was straight forward, very quick, well informed and efficient.

The x ray was booked on line a couple of weeks before. I received an email and was told not to go to the appointment until it had been confirmed by the site. I had to chase up several times for this confirmation and it was only the day before that I received a phone call. The time was also changed.
Once at the site everything went smoothly and my results were sent to me within a couple of days.

Had a MRI scan on Saturday and results were with me Tuesday morning. I asked for my MRI to be read by a radiologist who specialises in endometriosis to ensure it was read correctly and this was honoured. I have had MRI scans elsewhere and this wasn't honoured and endo was missed (it shouldn't be missed if read by someone who knows how to identify endo) This is my second scan with Scan.com and I absolutely recommend to everyone. I won't go anywhere else again. Fantastic service. Thank you so much !

Was able to get the scan I needed to accelerate my diagnosis and take steps towards my recovery, and in a shorter time than was possible through the NHS. The process in getting there was a little contorted, with some miscommunication, particularly in linking referrals to existing arrangements.

Booked and paid for an MRI scan on 15th April based on an advertised scan appointment date of two days later on 17th - I really needed to know whether I had damaged my shoulder. I had to chase the hospital and they didn’t have availability so waited 6 days until 21st April. We are now 3 weeks later since booking and despite contacting Scan support twice there is no report forthcoming. It is my second scan with Scan.com, but will be my last.

This is first time I have accessed treatment via Private Sector. From start to finish the process delivered trouble free experience. Many thanks from a satisfied customer.

Given the cost involved I would have liked the chance to spend a few minutes talking with the consultant following the scan itself. Speed seemed to be of the essence.

Every thing went well and on time i was kept informed of procedure, got my report the next day although i did not understand it so had to pay again for a 5 minute phone call consultation i think for what it cost you could get at least a fifteen minute face to face to explain things and make it easier to understand.

Very responsive company. They called to assess my condition and referred me for the scan. The scanning company followed up straight away and so I had the scan the next day!
