The phlebotomist that I saw was fantastic; they were friendly and professional. The blood draw was a breeze. The location is pretty good too. It doesn’t hurt that there’s parking near by as well.

Wonderful setting and great staff
The phlebotomist that I saw was fantastic; they were friendly and professional. The blood draw was a breeze.

Good customer support but not a completely smooth process.
Bought a full body MRI scan for reassurance/screening through Goodbody clinic as they offered gynae reporting whereas some others didn’t. The customer support was good (quick responses via email) but the process of booking the scan is odd - you have to purchase a scan first, then they call you to book the scan so there’s no way of looking at locations and dates that suit before purchasing. I ended up having to travel a 4hr round trip for mine.
The scan is also carried out by Vista Health and not Goodbody Clinic. I then had issues getting the report as Vista would send the email with the portal link but this ended up being blocked by my email account as it likely looked suspicious or spam so I had to contact both Vista and Goodbody several times, back and fourth on email to chase the report.
Overall, not such a smooth process as I had imagined it would be for spending £1500 but I was happy to be able to request the scan independently of my GP.

Very convenient service for a blood test
Very convenient service for a blood test. Easy parking and went straight in to see the nurse, no hanging around. Two files of blood taken, I hardly felt a thing and no bruising. Would definitely recommend.
