I was told I would have the results within three workingdays. I still haven’t had them. We’re now on day eight so six working days. So how can I give you anything greater than one star?

We’re disappointed to read your review, particularly as your results were sent to your referring provider on 11/08, within the stated three working day timeframe.

MRI Scan
I had an MRI scan which was carried out very efficiently. Every step of the procedure was fully explained. However, after the scan, on checking my GP contact details, these turned out to be incorrect. I was told to phone Vista Health to rectify these. This I did but on checking with my surgery, they had confirmed they had not received the report. This meant that I had to send the report to my GP myself which was a little disappointing.

All the staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I arrived, filled in the form then had the scan.
No trouble at all, excellent service.
The only thing I had a little trouble with was finding you using my sat nav, then wondering where to park. I don't visit Milton Keynes much.

Second private scan - Fantastic service
This was my second MRI scan, privately paid for by myself as my GP was just a waste of time, as usually...
Excellent service, booked online for Saturday morning in Milton Keynes. Turned up 15 minutes earlier, taken straight through, scan done promptly, staff friendly. Everything done in about 35mintues! Results came on Tuesday evening, 2 working days later! Now I know the reason my back hurts so much, and can actually do something about it, rather than stuff myself with painkillers as my GP advised! Fantastic service, thank you to Vista health!

Every step of the process
Every step of the process, booking, reception, procedure was without fault. Everyone was pleasant and helpful -one even getting me cup of coffee beforehand.
I was seen a little late, but not a problem.
It would be good to have a coffee machine at reception!
