J'ai ensuite eu un petit soucis technique, immédiatement réglé à 23:00 (heure française) grâce à Britney sur le tchat qui a été plus qu'efficace. Je recommande cette appli.

I never got a message to renew and /or got the possibility to end with Visme, otherwise i would stop it directly.

Yesterday, 10th of november'24, i noticed in my bankaccount a payment order of 297usd.

I would like you to charge back my 297usd.

The program is top.
The service, till now, is bad.

Make it a 5 star review by refund my 297usd.

I indeed got a message: reminder to continue or stop the subscription.

I haven't read it, because i got a lot of messages (spam) from Visme. So i would like to suggest an extra mail about the billing

Visme is great to work with.
I used it for my study, which i completed successfully.

I still wish to get a refund.

The afterservice is also very good just like the program.

VISME helped me out through my study and now is helping me as well.

After initially accessing the dashboard, I have been met with chronic 404 and server down messages. Using other devices, cleaning cache and relogging in all fail despite paying for the program! There's no mechanism to reach customer support to remedy situation. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL! (Did I mention awful yet?!) Don't waste your money or time.

The tech support was very kind and it includes a huge variety of well-designed templates. I recommend it!

Customer Support chat has been very helpful from my experience resolving technical issues from the backend. I will say, the platform is pricey, but it does make design easy and makes it feasible to create something professional (in both look and function) even for someone who doesn't know a ton about design.

Don't be fooled by this website, nothing is free! I can't even download it in png without having to pay at least $29 dollares!!

As a first time user, Visme was very user friendly. I found it much easier to create business graphics and organize financial data.

I am disappointed with my experience overall with visme. I spent several hours building my presentation and after paying for access to its exporting features, I noticed their video compiler severely distorted my audio track. Their support desk wasnt able to resolve the issue or provide any alternatives, so I had to switch to canva. Visme did issue a refund after I complained for a week, so at least I wasnt out of pocket. It was a shame, I liked the presentation I built on their platform.

I love using Visme! I am not skilled at graphic design, but am heavily involved in communications at my job. Visme's templates are wildly helpful, look professional and are super navigable. My only wish is that I could print a draft without having to download it every time, but that's rather picky. Thanks to Visme, my job is easier. My boss thinks I'm a creative genius, but really, it's Visme!

false advertising waste of time.

edit: wow then their review team tries to flag reviews as defamatory. what a joke of a company. never use their services. stay away.

My experience has been very poor due to bad customer service. I had issues with their cancel links, therefore I communicated with Visme by email that I wanted to cancel and not renew my subscription. They responded by offering me two free months, which I declined in writing. The next thing I knew, they charged my account and refused to provide a refund. Do not trust them.

False Advertising, they claim it is free when you sign up, i spent an hour creating my presentation then wanted to save then they proceed to ask me to pay. Jokers, i hope your business falls for your false advertising if you think this is how you will succeed with such ethics and gaining the trust of your target market.

Unsure why some people give under 5 star reviews.
Visme gives Ingage a run for its money, and allows a lot of flexibility with presentation design.
We use it every day at my company, and it has become a staple to our sales presentations.
Highly recommend.

I've been using Visme for approx 4 years. Infographics, emails and presentations. It is very effective for providing eye-catching documents.

I began my own business two years ago and began using Visme at that time. My use of it has grown more and more, and I'm a steady user at this point. My projects include proposals, graphic development, and white papers. I've been very pleased with it; the program has allowed me to address client requests for graphic development without spending a lot on high-end products. Their customer service is also helpful; while it begins with an automatic response, you do receive live help. In particular, Britney helped me with a complex issue involving my table of contents today. She gave really solid advice and was able to resolve the situation perfectly for me.

I wrote about my problem with one of the projects (documents) during the weekend (from Munich, Germany).Visme Support Team started immediately to understand and to solve this problem. Some days later everything worked in a perfect way again. Thank you Visme Support Team

The software is easy to use and makes presenting information in a consumable format easy for someone without much artistic talent. It also has a lot of different options so you can find something for almost anything!

I specifically did NOT agree to anything but a paid one-time use (they asked about 47 times when I was agreeing to the one-time yes, and they changed my card for a subscription anyway.

They're thieves.

Free ... It is absolutely not free. In fact you can create your document freely but need to pay to download it. Pure scam.
