High hopes shattered. I was really excited to use this tool and even got my agency to purchase multiple licenses. I have, however, been really disappointed with Visme's software and the customer service in my attempts to have it corrected.

We have had weird experiences like buttons not working, so you have to refresh constantly, backgrounds disappearing, video not working, and animations totally breaking. I have submitted tickets for this and reached out in chat, each time without resolution. Even when we initially set up our accounts with Visme assisting, they gave us the incorrect configuration, and we had to redo it a month later.

They are very slow to respond to issues, but they were very quick to get my previous review removed from Trust Pilot (I used my personal account, and they couldn't confirm I purchased it). That issue will not happen this time; I set up a new account just to post this review.

I will not be recommending this company going forward and will be looking for other viable options.

Great customer service when I had a technical issue.

Canceled premium account, didn't receive an automatic confirmation of the cancellation. Was charged for another month of premium subscription. Their terms and services don't allow refunds and customer service asked for proof that cannot be produced since no automatic emails are sent out (they asked for screenshots?!). Cancelled premium again and didn't receive an automatic confirmation of cancellation again, but the customer service agent confirmed MANUALLY. It's basically a scam

Update: After writing the review and reporting an issue on Paypal, I got a total refund. I'll give back one star for that, but it's still a really bad experience. Imagine everyone had to do the same to get their money back!

Update 2: Visme has flagged my review for not being based on a genuine experience. So many other reviewers are talking about the same experience. Had to submit proof to trustpilot. Damn what a bad, bad business this is, they put all their money in dark patterns and bullying instead of providing a good user experience. Minus 1 star again. This company is destroying its future but I don't care anymore, never gonna use it again.

After paying an extortionate amount for Visme for one month, I was then charged for another month with out my consent even though I was no longer using Visme.
customer service which was the worst customer service I have ever dealt with (Lincoln) & who simply argued with me on the matter. I finally found out they do a rolling payment which I did not consent too. However apon canceling this rolling payment I was presented with a 40% discount for the subscription? making it from £75.00 to £30.00 a month, unbelievable. Beware of this company not only do they steal your money with out any sort of payment warning but they rip you off from the beginning, Cancel your subscription today and get 40% off. I for one will no longer use this software for our business and will warn other business partners of there dishonest pricing structure.

The product is easy to use & continuously being updated with new features. Also, the company provides excellent end-user support and does a lot to keep users informed and engaged. Great job Visme!

Visme makes work and creating easy and fun. Really. I look forward to assignments that include presentations. It has become so easy for me to create with Visme and I’m so confident in the program that i go above and beyond any ask with extra detail.

Lincoln was absolutely amazing in helping to recover a lost account. He was quick and patient with me as the account had a great deal of important work in active progress. It would have been a huge hit had Lincoln not helped. THANK YOUU!

The product is fine if really buggy at times. No comparison to Creative Cloudor even Canva if you're into the browser thing, but useful when you want a quick, rough design. Would have received three stars, but unfortunately charged me for an additional month when I canceled. It's really quite pricey considering the product level, and I also did not want the discount - again, I have Creative Cloud and it's just no comparison. I declined the discount - though Visme claims I did not decline it. Even if I did not (erroneously) - isn't the fact that I have not used Visme since I allegedly accepted the discount and that I contacted them the minute the additional payment was booked from my card hint enough that I don't want to use them? Unfortunately, their customer service is just like the product - lacking. Would not recommend.
UPDATE: After a month of this review being online, Visme reached out and acknowledged that after an audit of their communications, they realized my experience could have been better. They refunded me. However, now they have flagged my review as not being genuine - luckily I have kept the correspondence and receipts. Really uncool! Stand by your mistakes and try to improve your decisively average product, not remove reviews that do not serve your PR machine.

Visme is so simple to use and the results are so professional. The on line chat service (Lincoln was extremely helpful today) if you have a problem as well is brilliant. Can't fault this, value for money and a great service.

He was very helpful and kind!

Fraudulent! Charging me annual subscription I never signed for. The call to get charges reveres turned into a torture, conditioning me to accept a rebate offer! Asking for my other credit card info for verification! Subjecting me to numerous commercial with their offer that will kick in unless I call to stop! And eventually referring me to another number to effect the reversal! The number had nothing to do with Visme! To me, VISME behaviour was fraudulent!

The software seems good, however I feel a little misled as you can't download ANYTHING without paying for it. This is unfair on your users as many people will feel they have wasted a lot of time. This really should be sorted out and stop misleading people.

UPDATE: Warning! Visme is trying to have negative reviews hidden and taken down. I had to fill in a form with extra information or this review was going to be removed - I've never had to do that before.

Much better templates than Canva or Vengage. The placeholder content often help you get started on documentation. Overall, really great tool

The service was good and useful, however, the customer experience is even better!

Still having issues with this company I have been going back and forth sent numerous emails asking to cancel my account and continue to get charged this company is only out for your money I WOULDNT NOT recommend them to anyone

The support team responded very quickly on two questions of me. Together with suggestions to solve the problems, links to related training material were added to the support mails. Additionally the support team kept following regularly the status of my requests. I could solve my questions fast.

Fabulous product and the support staff are amazing. Unlike other online international service/products these people arexreal!

It is fine as a presentation software, but you can't download your work in any other format without paying for it... I didn't even consider that this would be possible, so I spent hours on this entire presentation and am now trying to figure out the best course of action. I would never have chosen this software of the dozens out there if I anticipated this.

I'm a project consultant with no experience in visual tools and found on Visme a tool that can be rich in content, friendly and widely useful for my purposes even in such traditional area as industry projects. Not only the software stunned me but especially their user support service. Considering that the support was not a bot and the difference on Brazil and US timezones, I had an answer during the night 10 minutes after contacting them about an issue. Really, for my purposes, it can't get better than this (well, they'll find a way to get even better).

Visme listens. I appreciate the timely feedback from the support team when I reached out with some issues on my subscription.
