I booked VIP-FLY’s meet and assist service at Manchester Airport for my mum, who was travelling alone from Islamabad and needed help with communicating in English and carrying baggage. Hamza and Haj were excellent. Hamza spoke both Urdu and English, which was very helpful, and they both treated my mum with great respect and care throughout. They kept me updated in real time, helped me speak to my mum once they met her at the gate, escorted her through fast track, assisted at immigration and other counters, and brought her all the way to the parking area, including helping load the baggage into the car. Very reliable and professional service. Highly recommended, and I would definitely book again.

Incredible. From booking to departure the whole process was profesisonal, courteous and enjoyable. The VIP experience made what is normally a stressful experience (check-in, security, boarding) a doddle. This was a great start to our holiday and I will ceratinly be booking on all future holidays.

I was picked up at home at 2am on 14/10/25 & taken to Manchester Airport in their Mercedes Benz vehicle which had the glowing ceiling. It was so relaxing seeing the colour changes in the roof whilst being dark outside. I was then escorted through the airport, fast tracked through security etc, taken to the lounge then met again to be taken to the departure lounge. It was a great start to my holiday where I hadn't travelled for a long time, especially on my own. Would totally use them again & would want the same vehicle with the glowing ceiling as well.
