I have tried for a refund and they now say that its rejected because apparently I concent to the chargers. Stay Away!!

SCAM!! They state in the checkout that the cost is 1 dollar than they charge you 30$ and the report is bullshit!

I disputed the transaction through my bank in the UAE, and luckily they managed to bring my money back to my account🥳🥳🥳 I also mentioned to my bank that the transaction went through without my permission and without asking for OTP. So don't give up to try hard to bring your money back from these scammers 🎊 ...

I am writing to confirm the below reviews , that they are scammers, mentioned that the charge is for 1 USD only and after adding my card details they deducted the other 29.39 USD. Such unprofessional behaviour. I wish I was stying in the USA to file complains against them in the consumer rights or whatever is possible to teach such people how to deal with customers !

I was looking free VIN service to check my car history, and then they requested 1 euro, after my credit card details, they tried to take 26 euros from my account!

I was also charged the $1 and without my consent they charged $30. Just hoping to get my money back!

They said that the inform cost 1 dollar but really they charge 30 dollars. Then you have to change your credit card (It cost) if you want to be sure there is not new non autorized charges and to ask fot a refund....Its a ilegal enrichment. It means trash

When I entered the VIN, it showed me that the car had a report, but when I paid I didn't get a report. I contacted customer support, and only then was I told that the service was only for the US and Canada, and I was promised a refund. I still haven't received the refund.

They deducted 1$ and Immediately after that 30$ without me authorising that. I requested a refund and they refunded the 1 $ back to me, they said I need to open a new refund query for the 30$, and I did that, now they are just not responding to any of my messages

Yes a scam. Got billed the quoted $1 and then another $30 without authorization or agreement. Report had the incorrect vehicle and cam out blank

BIGGEST SCAM SITE, blank report and immediately after paying 1$ for the report they taxed me 25+ Euro for nothing !! Good that Revolut stopped the payment ... SCAMMM!!!

Same as many others. I agreed to a $1 fee yet another $30 was subsequently deducted from my account without my consent. Customer support is non existent and this could best be described as a SCAM. Stay away and spare yourself the frustration...and anger.

When I contacted support, they admitted the error and promised a refund, but instead of sending a confirmation they told me to go through extra steps and wait 5–7 business days. They can charge instantly, but for refunds they make the process unnecessarily complicated.

This company feels like a scam – misleading pricing, useless product, and a frustrating refund process. I would strongly advise avoiding VinReportsPro.

É una truffa,ti vendono un servizio ad un ipotetico euro ma poi senza firmare nulla ti ritrovi un abbonamento che poi non è possibile annullare e nonostante le varie richieste di rimborso,ti inviano la solita finta e-mail di scuse dove dicjiarano che effettueranno un rimborso che non avverrà mai,anzi continuano a rubarti soldi dal conto…TRUFFA.

I purchased a vehicle history report from vinreportspro.com that was advertised for $1. The website clearly showed only a $1 charge at checkout, and I proceeded with the payment expecting to pay exactly that amount.
However, immediately after the initial transaction, my card was charged an additional $29.50 without any prior notice or authorization. This second charge was never disclosed on their website, in the checkout process, or in any terms I was shown before payment.
Important details for other consumers:

Initial charge: $1 (as advertised)
Hidden second charge: $29.50 (completely undisclosed)
Merchant name on bank statement: CARINFOCHECKER.COM
Phone on statement: 510-7882668

When I contacted them about this unauthorized charge, they refused to issue a refund. This appears to be their standard business model - lure customers with a $1 offer, then immediately hit them with a hidden fee that's 30 times higher.
I've had to dispute this charge with my bank and file complaints with consumer protection agencies. This is a deceptive business practice that takes advantage of customers who simply want an affordable vehicle report.
DO NOT use this service unless you want to pay $30.50 for what's advertised as $1. There are many legitimate services that clearly display their actual prices upfront.
Currently pursuing chargeback through my bank and reporting to IC3 and FTC for fraudulent billing practices.
