Absolutely horrible it’s a scam. I booked a flight an hour later. They called me and told me that I would have to change that flight and it would be more money because I booked through a third-party and then they told me I would have to change the date to when I wanted to fly and I couldn’t bring a carry-on or my pet it wasn’t included in the price. Absolutely horrible. Talk about my blood pressure going up out of my mind.

BEWARE: DO NOT USE THEM! IT IS A SCAM!! They offer great ticket prices and times and then try to upsell you and scam you into paying more money. The company tells you, everything is non refundable, JUST DON'T DO IT!

I buy a fly ticket for my Dad funeral, as soon I paid, I receive a email, their want me to pay more money, I refuse, I told them I can't paid more because, their sold me at that price, I call every day, 1 hour waiting, no solución, them their said : acept only one way ticket if you want fly, for the same price of the round trip, she send me a email for my to replay that I accept I said no, I can, I paid round trip, no only the departe, then she said ok, so you don't gonna fly, I check reviews, their are scammer s, selling flys for one prices and once you paid, you don't receive the fly ticket, is so hard for me, I loose my money and miss my dad funeral, don't buy , scammers, I gonna write every day, to avoid more people Don't go through that, I gonna get a lawyer, today is 16/04/2026, 2 days ago the company di canceled my fly ticket, and send me a email saying, no charge on your cancelation, but 8 don't have the money on my reservation 5CH7NV, this fly was to go at my Dad funeral, but there don't care, 8 gonna write everyday to claim my money and avoid this situation hit somebody else, please share

Bait and switch tactics. You book at a great price, then they call you, leaving you a voicemail saying there is an urgent matter regarding your tickets. In my case, I found out the tickets were flexible, non-refundable and the fee for a carry-on was a few hundred US dollars. Told them I would call the bank to cancel my transaction, and their answer was « yes but the bank will call us to inquire and the tickets are non-refundable ». Turns out, when I called the bank the next morning, they had already blocked the transaction, thankfully.

worst company i have ever delt with they advertise 1 price and when you book the flight they tell you that you have to take another flight because it is totally booked up and it cost a lot more money they tell you that you can not cancel the flight and they have taken money from your account already never use them they are a FRAAUDULENCE COMPANY

Can I give 0 stars. I booked Premium Economy tickets on United only to be called to as to change my flights or pay another $900 (450/person) to upgrade us to premium economy.

Then told I can’t cancel. Their “terms and conditions”. What they don’t know is that they advertised tickets and my reservation says Premium Economy. They are not trying to change the terms of the contract. Then their T’s and C’s do not apply.

I have disputed the charges and reported them to my CC fraud department.

I also reporting them to the State of California.

I was able to add my TSA number and make arrangements for seating. Spoke with Danny Cooper to have all this additional information added. Did not have any issues in doing this. Thank you Danny for your service.

Absolutely a scam!!! Cheap flights to only later get a call saying that 3 people were booked on 1 day and the other 3 on another day (days apart) and to make changes it goes to standard tickets with no discount and try and cancel they say they cant cancel and you get no refund!!!!! Not happy at all. Its already hard spending alot of money and now to have this situation!! 😪

The company uses bait and switch tactics. We spoke with a man claiming to be a manager who said I was stupid for not understanding his claim that there is no difference between the fare charged and the date of the booking. He claimed a line stating the fare may change if not booked 21 days in advance means it absolutely will change. He could not explain why BOTH his company and the airline websites still had my original date/time/price listed as available. He claimed the airline selected the date of our flight.
Fortunately, the airline honored the original fare and booking request.
Never use this company!

One of the companies listed on there (there were some well known ones that I will show you in a screen shot because I trusted it) was One Dollar Fly. Since there were other well-known names, I trusted it even though I’ve never heard of One Dollar Fly. So I found a flight with Southwest for $111 per person so I bought it for my family for our flight home from Miami and I went through this one dollar fly. That was a partner on cheapflights.com. No less than an hour after I booked, these people with thick heavy accents were calling me that I did not understand. First they told me they worked for Southwest then they told me they worked for one dollar fly then they told me they worked for cheap flights.com. They told me that they no longer have the seats available for my flight. I asked them why did you let me check out and pay for it? They said oh I paid for the basic cabin and that now I owe $279 more for each ticket. After going back back-and-forth, I said you know what I’m gonna call my credit card and put a block. “Georgia” a fuzzy foreigner with One Dollar Fly told me if you call your credit card and dispute it, you are going to definitely lose because in the fine print it says you were paying for a basic fair only. These people are total scammers. My credit card told me that no charges have been put through yet but they put it in my notes if anything happens to deny them and I also put a lock on my card. Do not trust this company run as fast as you can. They were so completely combative and unprofessional, and those are my red flags. Never in my life have I booked a flight only for people to call me back and say the seats are not available. They have called me no less than 20 xs after this and I blocked all of them. They need to be reported.

I only stated one star b/c my experience could not be documented if I did not put in a rating. I purchased an airline ticket through One Dollar Fly and was sent an email with no confirmation # for the airline. After the airline attendant said there was no information in their system about my purchase, she graciously did a search on One Dollar Fly and read me the summarizing copy about how unhappy customers were with the level of deceit about what one is actually purchasing. I then spoke to an agent from One Dollar Fly who told me he was from Georgia (former USSR republic), and he sent me information about the times of my flights with no dates on them. The flight information had the wrong times and that then spun into the agent telling me that that the flights had changed to over two weeks of the times I had booked them and that I was entitled to get the specifics 24 hours before the flight took off...I told the agent I'm not looking to be in a James Bond movie and that the service is corrupt.

I am beyond furious with Spirit Airlines. I booked a flight from Myrtle Beach (MYR) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) for $344.41. I had my booking reference, but when I arrived at the airport, the agent told me there was no reservation on file.
They took my money, confirmed the flight, but I had no seat. I was left stranded, had to pay for a last-minute flight on another airline, and now I have to fight to get my money back from their terrible customer service. Do not trust this airline—absolutely negligent.

Run, don't walk away from this site. I'll never use this site again. After booking our flight, they tried to charge us double and DID. Also caused us to have to drive 3 hrs to Atlanta to fly out. We were told we couldn't cancel but they hadn't even processed the payment, it came through as we were arguing with the agent on the phone. YA'LL ARE SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. Notice how they aren't responding on any of the negative reviews because they KNOW they're garbage. They will allow you to book a flight and then call and say it's not available but you can't get a refund

I booked a flight from St. Louis to Dallas on 3-16-26. I received an email stating that if I didn’t receive another email confirming the flight to call. So I called and 3 hrs later I was told that couldn’t bring any bags carry on or checked and that my flight would leave on the 24th of march ( not needed). One person was able to get me another flight leaving on Saturday morning which I was ok with not really but ok fine. I assume my card was looking at the charge as fraud because it declined the rest of the payment. I asked to cancel everything and they told me no and that my card had a hold for the full amount and there were no refunds. While they were trying to run my card I saw that the flight changed I was basically to take a flight to NC that had a layover in Dallas and just get off. When I noticed the time change they then proceeded to charge my card an unauthorized extra $40 in total $300. In which the original price was $150 for the one way ticket. All in all I believe this is a scam and should be shut down. I was also told not to contact the airline because they wouldn’t help me. I will be calling in the morning!!! I’ve used other third parties and never had this issue. I will be reporting to whom ever I need too. A BIG ZERO STARS I ONLY GAVE ONE BECAUSE THAT WAS MANDATORY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

These people are scammers they advertise for one price on a day that is not available with the airlines only to have that day not available and it be out a month and then you have to pay double . This company needs to be shut down or something, this is not right my uncle who is hearing impaired and disabled just got scammed by them.
