Hopeless

I have tried 6 times and my wife at least twice to place a £400 order but none of our six credit cards accepted . We have messaged and no assistance they just say order cancelled. Had thought U.K. based but apparently a French Co so maybe makes sense 🙄. Customer inter relationship skills zero

50% of order missing

Ordered 2 fine wine magnums for a special occasion, received only one of them. Initially, good response time to emails, i am now not receiving a reply. The wine received was excellent, but i am now out of pocket. Please get in touch to arrange a refund. - Update, refund now received, although slow, all rectified

As previously mentioned, your second parcel is currently held at the DPD agency for a reason that has not yet been communicated to us. We have therefore requested our carrier to open an investigation to locate the parcel. They have informed us that the investigation is still ongoing.

However, to avoid further delay, the refund for the undelivered parcel has already been processed to your original payment method. You can verify this directly with your bank.

Please be assured that this issue has been reported to the relevant department so that the necessary measures can be implemented to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.

J’ai passé une commande avec livraison express…

J’ai passé une commande avec livraison express. D’où, des frais majorés ce qui jusque là est normal. Le but : le recevoir très rapidement et chez moi (vu mes contraintes temps). Le livreur ne s’est pas présenté (j’étais chez moi sur le créneau souhaité).Résultat livraison en pick up et pour ne pas faciliter, celui qui n’est pas le plus proche de chez moi (alors qu’ouvert à l’heure de livraison). Réponse du service client suite réclamation : aller ou le faire récupérer. Je ne m’en serai pas doutée (aucune plus value). Vraiment déçue au niveau du rapport qualité/prix au global. Et pas commerçant du tout.

The problem is 'customer service', or the lack of

The problem is, there is no customer service! When things go smoothly it's ok, but if there is an issue (e.g. delivery) it completely goes to pot and 'customer service' is unable to help in any way. Yes eventually you get your money back, but you have to to all the chasing and prompting. I won't be giving them any more business.

Après vérification, nous confirmons en effet que deux comptes distincts ont été créés à votre nom, chacun associé à une adresse e-mail différente, mais à une adresse de livraison identique, et laquelle vous avez accepté la livraison des 2 commandes.

Dans ces conditions, nous ne pouvons en être tenus responsables. Toutefois, si vous ne souhaitez pas conserver la marchandise commandée en double, vous avez la possibilité d’exercer votre droit de rétractation. Dès réception du retour dans nos entrepôts, nous procéderons au remboursement correspondant.

Worth the wait!

Returning customer of a few years now. Delivery takes a tad longer than before due to customs hold up (around 10 days or so) hence always place my Christmas orders in October to be sure, but items always in great condition and price is unbeatable.

Half of my order was lost & I…

Half of my order was lost & I understand these things happen. But why couldn’t my order be pulled again and shipped? It appears the wines are still in stock.I put an order through because I had received an offer for free delivery. However I have been told that if I want to reorder the six missing bottles I will now have to pay delivery. This is not a fair way to proceed . I have ordered before from you but I feel very disappointed in how customer services have dealt with the problem.i do not have good confidence in your service
