Super over-priced ticket fo a rubbish seat.
I felt cheated. The re-sellers at the entrance maybe a better option. Not worth it at all. The story does not end here as the experience at the Opera was awful because some of the staff were terribly nasty and arrogant. I wish I could talk to the manager. Never again!.

The Sound of Vienna concert was very special. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It was organised well and a good length. The musicians and singers were very talented and entertaining.

My visit to the Spanish Riding school was the highlight of my trip to Vienna, and it was a pleasure to be able to pick up my ticket from the reception with no fuss, having booked 5 months earlier. Altogether, this system is efficient and I would use it again.

I was looking forward to both concerts - Strauss music and the Tribute to Vienna with both the Lipazana horses and the Vienna Boys Choir. I was not disappointed by either, absolutely loved both and would recommend highly.

I booked great seat that cost extra, in the end balcony which were good.
The big disappointment was the boys choir that was singing. I know that they were good but that is not what I wanted to hear or had paid for. Over half the time was them singing and we were there to see the horses not the singing. Very, very upset by all 4 of us. If you are going to add this, put it out before hand so that a choice can be made to buy these try of tickets, we would not have chosen to come to this concert and have now gone away very, very disappointed.

I loved the event and location venue, however I was told to enter the last entrance outside the building for my seat only to find that my seat allocation was at the main entrance. A little disappointed that staff could not get this right.

Purchasing the tickets was flawless. The entrance to the venue is not clear. We followed the given map but were turned away by a staffer. Lots of other people too.
