The performance, acoustics, and the venue were simply amazing. The coat check (upstairs), though, was a bit of a mess and not very organized.

1. The concert hall was very, very crowded. We had the impression that ordinary chairs were added in the main concert hall?!

2. Most of the concert attendees, who were not Austrians, did no wear appropriate dress for the venue, but ordinary street clothes.

The concert was incredible. A powerful experience to do in Vienna.

Although we enjoyed the music and the orchestra, the concert was disappointing as there was no programme readily available, and the conductor made no announcements and made no effort to relate to his audience, many of whom, we suspect, were unfamiliar with attending a classical concert. What a missed opportunity! We got the impression that for the conductor, this was just another Tuesday evening job.

It was an excellent experience purchasing the tickets through Vienna Concerts. There were no issues and the website is user friendly. I recommend this website.

Wonderful performances of Haydn, Mozart and Vivaldi in an icon venue. Thoroughly recommended to any music loving visitor to Vienna. Tickets are quite expensive hence only 4 Stars.

Compramos entradas para los conciertos de Viena.
Los del Musikverein y la Casa de la Industria estuvieron muy bien.
Esas si las recomiendo.
Pero la experiencia negativa fué el concierto del Palacio de Schonbrunn en la Orangerie. Turistada. Muy mala acústica ( la música clásica tenían que amplificarla con altavoces, lo que nunca se ha visto).
Y lo peor fué el engaño de la cena asociada al concierto en un restaurante cercano ( Tafelspitz) que fué muy cara ( 65 €/pax) y de una calidad deplorable, yo diría que vergonzosa. No sé podía comer...
Aparte nos cobraron por las bebidas 27,40 € para 3 personas.
Una estafa.
No recomendable para nadie.
Viennaconcerts no tiene la culpa, pero debe ser responsable de los enlaces de los productos que ofrece su página. Y deben comunicarlo al organizador del evento.
Si yo sé esto antes, porque alguien me lo advierte, no hubiese picado....
Con esto pretendo informar y advertir a los posibles futuros compradores que no cometan el mismo error adquiriendo este pack fraudulento, tanto en la calidad del concierto, como de la comida.
Por otro lado, haré una reseña buena a viennaconcerts por la buena organización de los eventos.

Ik kocht in januari 2 tickets voor de voorstelling Madame Butterfly van Puccini. Ik betaalde 118€/ticket. Op de tickets die we achteraf via mail ontvingen stond dan een bedrag van 89€.
Bij het bezoek aan de Wiener staatsopera hadden we niet de plaatsen waarvoor we gereserveerd hadden.
We hebben ter plaatse de geafficheerde prijzen bekeken. Voor 118€ hadden we recht op betere plaatsen. Of telt Vienna concerts misschien 29€ kosten per ticket om dit via mail te versturen??
Ik boek nooit meer via dit bedrijf!

I was truly amazed by how beautiful the concert was — definitely an experience worth having at least once in a lifetime. I went there with my mom, and we enjoyed every single piece played in both the first and second sessions. The music felt so heartfelt, and the performance really touched us. Time flew by so quickly, even though the concert lasted around two hours. Such a memorable experience.

Booking the tickets online was also very easy and flexible through the official website, and the prices were quite affordable for the overall experience. The concert hall itself was stunning, with a great ambiance that made the whole evening feel even more special.

The only downside was that coats had to be checked in due to the cold weather, and there was an extra charge for it. It felt like this should have been included as part of the facility.

Besides a wonderful venue, the concert was performed by great musicians! I've enjoyed every minute spent there!
