I liked the experience in Vienna opera house

Tickets were exactly as ordered, picked up at the Staatsoper box office without a hitch. So 5 stars for smooth and seamless operation. I question the size of the premium charged. It might have worked as smoothly, and less expensively, to book straight with the theatre.

Everything worked as expected. Tickets were waiting for us. Seats were as promised. Loved the performance and being in such a wonderful, historical venue. Very convenient to use your service.

easy to use. fair convenience fee. the only improvement i would recommend is attach a photo and/or detailed description of the different sections of the opera house. i bought two tickets, each cost me about €100. this is a cheaper option but even by US standards, €100 ticket for an opera is by no means cheap. i was surprised how steep the seats were. more importantly, for whatever the reason, that section of the opera house did not seem to have any A/C duct. the air was so still, warm, and stifling, even though it was a very cool late sep night and the rest of opera house was very cool and comfortable, i was not sure if i could finish the opera as i felt i could not breath. needless to say i would never buy a seat up that high in THIS opera house again. but nor would i spend €300 a person just to have some air.

I booked my ticket through Viennaconcerts.com once I confirmed my plans to travel to Austria, sbout 3 months before the actual performance date. It was really easy to book the ticket on line and I received confirmation the next day with instructions to pick up my ticket from the box office 1 hour before the performance. On the night of the performance it was quite simple to pick up my ticket with the required identification. My seats were perfect and the performance was absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing experience at the Vienna State Opera House and highly recommend!!! If we didn’t love so far away we’d be there every week!
