Placed an order a couple of weeks ago for a present for my daughter. No sign of it. Email answered by an automatic response telling people not to bother them. Have been receiving emails practically daily trying to persuade me to buy more products- hilariously yesterday it declared was the last day to receive something by Christmas! As if! Do not use this company. You’ll be lucky to see what you’ve paid for. Shockingly bad customer service. Will never use again.

EDIT revisiting this review as when i finally did get to communicate with a human! Joelle was very helpful and got my package to me (sadly after Christmas) and offered a 15% refund for my trouble. But the following review still shows the frustration of many online shoppers with VB... As other 1 star reviews have highlighted, the online ordering service isn't fit for purpose. Ordered and paid for 100ml of perfume for my wife's Xmas present and have received the wrong order by Evri. The box was addressed correctly, but the contents of the package are wrong (pencil sharpener & Eyeliner). The Support@ email says please wait 48hrs for a reply! It's now been 96hrs and still nothing. No number to call, just left hanging and not knowing if the perfume will arrive in time for Christmas! Shambles

I haven’t received my order that I ordered over 4 weeks ago, I’ve emailed the company twice and nobody has replied
I would just like a refund for the good I haven’t received please?

I was pleasantly surprised by the packaging and the card that came with the order made it feel more personal. It is slightly more expensive however I do feel I have received excellent quality in the products ordered - Posh Balm and a Satin Kajol liner
With exception to the sharpener (that came free) that was cheap and plastic but it was a bonus :) would definitely buy again

Delivery never arrived Evri & VB no help!
This time last year I read all the comments on trust pilot and decided to not order and avoid the hassle.
Then a few months ago I decided to place a small order and it was successfully delivered. I then processed another based on the product being very nice.
Then I made the huge mistake of placing an order for £275 and it never arrived. It was supposedly delivered by an Evri driver with no ratings and new to their company. The parcel was rescheduled for delivery twice and never arrived. I have since been emailing Victoria Beckham with no response and with Evri all you get is a robot guiding they are looking into it and will receive a reply within 24hrs. Lets just say 24hrs has since surpassed as has the 48hrs VB guide they will respond. What a shame, I am out of pocket for a huge amount of money which was a gift for Xmas and unsure how to proceed with both companies not giving a damn. I would honestly advise anybody who wishes to purchase this product visit Selfridges, the on-line is not the best way to secure your purchase being delivered. There is no customer service to communicate with and neither the courier company. I anticipate somebody is enjoying my purchase but not the person I intended !!

Ordered five items and tick the box for gift wrapping. The items arrived in a cardboard box with one basic fabric drawstring bag for which I was charged £7. This is apparently the gift wrapping which is really unsatisfactory. Do you think they would charge £7 for each basic fabric bag is a joke. I have emailed them to ask for an additional bag as the items are for two separate presents but I have heard nothing. Just an email saying how busy they are and that they can’t get back to me straight away you think with all the back of money they could organise a decent customer service and provide decent giftwrapping on their products.

Ordered an eyeliner ( Order B1928075) in November but it’s not possible to track the order (in the Shop app they recommend for tracking) and no response from customer service that l contacted twice. I won’t order from here anymore, doubt l’ll ever get my order

I adore the VB Beauty Range. I've ordered in quick succession and placed so far, 3 orders and not disappointed at all. Beautiful range, particular favourite are her Perfume Sample Pack, every single scent is just a delight, reminds me of a Tom Ford sort of scent. Highlighter stick, is a dream to use and her lipgloss Martini lovely. Eyebrow Gel (Clear) also really good to use. You've just gotta fluff the brows up and out to get them to set.

Delivery has always been quick, and their packaging is stylish too, nice little canvas bag with every order ideal for keeping little bits of make up in etc.

My delivery got lost with UPS, now UPS wants the sender aka VB to provide information and nothing happens, emailed the VB customer service and no response, very frustrated, I doubt I will purchase again not matter that I liked the products, this has been my second purchase and it will be my last.

Ordered product and received....now they sending out stuff and billing me...had to stop them on PayPal.....beware

I received my order and the lip balm is not working properly. It turns to open, but it doesn't turn to close. I have written many emails to the customer service, but no answer at all. For something that costs 38 euros i would have expected a better client service. Will definitely won't buy again. Pity but it is obvious that they really don't care

First time of ordering . After reading impressive reviews on the Satin Kajal Jewel Liner I decided I must order along with Starlight eyeshadow. Delivered promptly, couldn’t wait to try out. Liner tip broken on arrival but came with sharpener so sharpened , it is so soft and needed a fair bit of sharpening to get a nice tip on it , so means it wears down quickly and it is not cheap to keep replacing. On use not at all impressed. As for eyeshadow sparkly bits fall all over your face. Will not purchase again.

Lip balms are amazing. Beautiful colours, very hydrating.

Another poor review for this company I’m afraid. I ordered a satin kajal eye liner in cocoa matte a week ago. £5 for delivery, for some reason! Why so much?? I have still not received my product! I’ve emailed customer services three times. Absolutely nothing has come back. The products are so expensive that I feel it should surely be reflected in excellent customer service? Apparently not. It seems Victoria Beckham Beauty doesn’t care a jot about its customers (maybe only the ones who place large orders?) and, sadly, this is clearly reflected in so many one star reviews. And not a single apology from the company on any of them. I wish I’d not wasted my hard earned cash on what I fear may be a rather sub standard product and, instead, spent it on a beautiful buttery soft eyeliner from Chanel for a great deal less money. The arrogance of VBB! Hugely disappointing I’m afraid.

Since drafting this review I’ve only now understood the products are shipped from New Jersey! There is no indication of this on the website or in the delivery on way email! It would help to know this information.

Hello hello hello hello hello. Is there anyone at the office? I've been ringing customer services for two days now. But I guess if you have made your millions don't worry about the little people.

You’re not allowed to cancel your order once its been placed — and after you place your order, they do “pop ups” to get you to click and buy something else, and you’re not allowed to cancel those either! I accidentally clicked accept instead of decline on a $120 serum, and now I can’t cancel my order. This site is a full on scam. I’ve never been so shook in my LIFE how a brand that’s supposed to be “high end” is pull Il Makiage levels of foolery. Unless you buy from a retailer, do not purchase anything from them!

Lip tint applicators faulty
All of them 5 broken and customer care says it’s my fault. It never happened to me with any lip aplicator on the past on 20 years.
All products are such low quality. DO NOT BUY

I ordered the Satin Kajal liner, which was delivered on 31/10/24. Upon delivery, it became apparent that it had been sent to the wrong address. I immediately tried to find a contact number for VB Beauty to resolve the issue. However, I was unable to reach anyone in Customer Service. After calling every number I could find, I eventually spoke to someone and told them that the order was delivered to the wrong postcode, which I can only assume the website decided to overwrite my actual postcode which I manually typed along with the rest of my address.

Eventually, I reported the issue to PayPal the same day. To date, I have not received a refund or any acknowledgment of the requested refund.

To add insult to the injury I have read some of the reviews in here about the quality of said liner so combined with the terrible customer service and temperamental website I won't be re-purchasing.

The eyeliner smudges and is very hard to sharpen. Have had much better experience with cheaper brands. Don’t fall for the adds.

I ordered moisturizer but ordered the clear instead of golden. Within 5 minutes, I emailed customer service to attempt to correct this and was told to return the product if approved to return it. I didn't even receive the product yet! Horrible experience with customer service for an expensive item, I would expect to be treated with more professionalism. Awful!
