I would give it zero stars but not able to.
My parcel was ordered over a week ago and then on its way to me last Friday DPD said it had been returned with Exception status ?
No email or correspondence from VB after sending emails and several messages.
The customer service is unprofessional and I expected so much more.
My bag still hasn't arrived and will be applying for a call back from my credit card.
Very disappointed and frustrating

I have been repeatedly trying to contact customer services about two items that I cannot use now, a bitten lip tint where the applicator fell off and an eye shadow stick that has broken into pieces. Can’t get a reply at all, expensive items but poor quality. Don’t buy go elsewhere.

I purchased a couple of lipsticks and the concealer pen, I developed a terrible reaction from the concealer pen - I reached out to Victoria Beckham customer service whose advice was to stop using the pen, which of course I had already done. They also explained they could not help or refund the £73.00 item as I didn’t buy it online - they insisted I had to return to the store where I made the purchase which was 150 miles away needless to say I didn’t bother as this journey would have taken me 3 hours and cost me more than the purchase price of the concealer, Along with not really caring about the discomfort this product had caused me I was more than disappointed that they also felt it quite reasonable I should have to make a 300 mile round trip to return the item..for their total lack of customer service I will not purchase any more products from them.

Da quando poi hanno cambiato il modo di spedire fa schifo.
Mi è arrivata una palette da 83 euro completamente rotta. Ho già scritto per avere un rimborso.
I prezzi sono esagerati. Per me possono fallire non comprerò mai più da loro!!!
Non hanno neanche letto la mia mail mi hanno mandato di nuovo la stessa cosa che mi arriverà nuovamente rotta e ho scritto loro che rifiuterò il pacco.
Ma che razza di persone lavora in quel posto? Ma poi io non posso stare ad aspettare il corriere per loro mancanze?
Hanno dei prezzi assurdi e non chiedono neanche scusa! Fanno finta ma non gliene frega niente basta che entrano loro i soldi! Se potessi metterei zero!
Alla fine mi hanno rimborsato alla seconda mail e solo per 55 euro che avevo chiesto su PayPal. Forse ho fatto male perché con la parte dove si posiziona l’ombretto non ci faccio nulla. Appena torna il rimborso io annullo il mio account sul loro sito.

Ordered a Victoria Becjam soft eyeliner pencil the most I have ever paid for an eyeliner what a complete waste of money the pencil was clumpy to use once sharpened it snapped immediately needed sharpening ever use with repeated sharpening I reached half way down very quickly to then find there was indeed no further lead the pencil was empty……. Do not buy this product completely wasted my money poor product indeed Victoria

Having done my research on eye liners VB came out tops !
And so I ordered two, and they certainly were not cheap, but felt after reading the reviews they would be worth the money.
Upon using for the first time, the tip broke off, and so I sharpened to find it broke again.
At the price these eye liners were I guessed that was around £10 worth of eye liner wasted !
I emailed VB and almost immediately Athina emailed back asking if I would like replacements or a refund.
Customer service was superb, response time
Amazing and I do hope this breakage was a one off !

I bought two products, The Posh Balm and the Lip Tint. I am disappointed with both products,
The Posh Balm is a great colour and texture, however you cannot retract it back down. Words cannot express how frustrating this is, I do not wish to waste the product. I do not wish to scrape my lips on the packaging when I am applying it! Every other lipstick and lip balm on the market is retractable, yet this one isn’t.
The lip tint goes onto the lips well when applied, however it leaks to the edge of the lips and makes you look as though you’re wearing a lip liner. It also highlights all the imperfections on your lips. Both of these products are waste of money

I have sensitive skin so am really careful about make up. Ive bought a lot from VB and it’s been great. I used the future lash mascara and it’s been lovely for a while, but when I tried to buy it again it was out of stock so I thought I’d try the vast lash instead. All the same ingredients right from the same cosmetic company?? No - apparently not. I cam out in a horrific, itchy rash and my face was a disaster. Don’t buy this if you have sensitive skin like me, there is something in this mascara I am very reactive to.

My partner bought me the perfume San Ysidro Drive for Xmas. I was obsessed by the aroma from a tiny tester given in one of my many other orders. 2 months on and I’m just not smelling or feeling that same thing when I used the tester! Why does no one smell anything when I have it on? I’m waiting for all these compliments but they just ain’t coming. I’m spraying more and more on to try to get someone to say, “what’s that perfume you have on?” But it never happens. So £245 seems suddenly a whole lot of money for an invisible smell. There is, to me, a VERY light lemon/rose smell when I stick my nose right into the patch I’ve sprayed. SO very disappointed and sad.

I recebtly bought a satin kajal eyeliner and both times I used it, my eyes have reacted with red and dry skin and watery eyes. I am now on piraton to try and reduce the effect. Last time all of my under eyes went bright red and it took 4 days for the skin to settle. I do not recommend using this product. And what a waste of £30!

Received my order quickly but unfortunately one of the items arrived damaged. I emailed customer service and in less than 8 hours I’d received a response and a replacement order for that item had been raised. Honestly can’t fault them at all, that’s how you do customer service. Shout out to Catherine for helping me out.

Amazing products and amazing service! One of the best customer services I ever experienced. I ordered the wrong shade and they were so friendly to send the right one right away. I could give the other product to a friend. :)

Extremely Disappointed- placed an order on 03.01.25 B2132220 however it went missing in the post I had redirected through Evri due to using my old address. I’ve been back and fourth with customer service who agreed to refund me in order for me to reorder. I’ve noticed on the refund notification the card number doesn’t relate to any of my card details and the refund has not appeared despite being longer than the 3-5 working day window.
Even if they replaced the original order at this point I would be happier as currently out of pocket and no products received. Such a shame as the products are actually very good quality.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed an order for over £100 worth of product. I’m still waiting. I’ve now had courier excuses, and now apparently I’ve disputed it with the bank. I haven’t. Take my advice and buy elsewhere.

Ordered a VB eye pencil and just when I thought it was about to arrive, received a notification saying it had been returned to sender with no explanation whatsoever what was going on. Have since called, sent four emails and still no response. Appalling customer service. I’m astounded that a brand like Victoria Beckham would treat its customers so shoddily.

I LOVE this brand and order products consistently.
I've only ever had an amazing buying experience with VB & using and applying the makeup is a dream.
My interaction and experience with customer services is 5 STAR.
They've been personable, polite, prompt and go above and beyond to offer me products and services on the rare occasion i felt something wasn't to my liking.
I'm really very surprised at the low rating here on trip adviser and to read such negative reviews .......
The make up is always beautiful, lasts a long time and is excellent quality. I love the packaging and the beautiful way it's presented and always comes with a mini tote bag which i carry all my MU in when i travel.
I can not recommend this brand highly enough.

It’s a mixed bag for me unfortunately. I developed blepharitis after using the mascara so stopped immediately. The mascara however is excellent so I was disappointed. The eye pencils are lovely and easy to use however the tip falls out all the time as it seems broken so I have to keep sharpening the pencil. It’s as if it has dried out. The packaging is gorgeous and I have to say I found Customer Services excellent when my parcel didn’t arrive from Evri even though Evri had emailed to say they were due to deliver.

Like so many others, I have not received an order I placed over a month ago. It was bought as a Christmas present and it still hasn't arrived. No response from the hilariously misnamed "Customer Service" to several emails etc. Now trying to get a refund, pray for me! WILL NEVER EVER buy from this outfit again. Maybe if Victoria spent less time posing and more time paying attention to business basics her company would do better. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
