Firstly, the shop was like visiting an art gallery. Everything from the way the clothes are hung and displayed is done with consideration. The member of staff who was assisting me, made the experience memorable. I left the store walking on air.

I dropped into the store 5 mins before closing and it was my only opportunity to get there. Not only did the clerk welcome me, she stayed after closing and didn’t in anyway rush me.

I left with my gorgeous new bag and can’t wait to visit again soon for a new dress and trousers.

Sadly ordered as a gift you receive the package with a huge evri label on it and you can't open the box to look inside without spoiling the surprise. Really disappointed

Thanks for high quality products they’re amazing! Especially make up products are significant. Parfums are a litte bit high price.

My leather belt that I purchased broke the prong became unattached from the buckle and I was unable to wear it. It was out of warranty but I still thought I’d ask if anything could be done to fix it. I’ve been dealing with Melody who has been amazing she organised for it to be fixed and the whole process has been very smooth and quick

Regular customer of VB. Ordered jeans in store Wednesday 29th to be delivered to home address as they didn’t have my size in store. Paid in store but then heard nothing about dispatch details and tracking number so sent 3 emails to chase. Finally got response on Tuesday 5th May and jeans were dispatched. I live in jersey in Channel Islands so I queried why I was charged vat but heard nothing back on that subject.

I absolutely love the dresses I bought from VB Shop — the quality and style are amazing! Nana was excellent throughout the whole experience and made me feel so comfortable and confident. I was also invited to the event two weeks ago, and I absolutely loved it. Such a beautiful atmosphere and such a lovely team. Highly recommend!
