Items didn't arrive, Evri sent a text over a week after I purchased the product saying they were sorry they hadn't been able to deliver my product and would message when it was out for delivery. Another week and no update. Emailed Victoria Beckham Beauty and no response despite saying they would respond in 48 hrs. Emailed again two weeks after I placed the order as still no contact or update from Evri, received an email from Customer Care saying they had refunded my order as it was stuck or lost in transit. I ordered three items when the 20% sale was on, clearly this was a great discount that I won't be able to make use of if I wanted to order again. Terrible customer service and so disappointing from a brand that spends so much on marketing.

Ordered items weeks ago for hundreds of pounds. Still not here and the customer service team is simply not answering (only acknowledging receipt and promising they will get back to me within 48h)

Sad to say my 10 Nov order still not arrived, 3 beauty items. After 3 tries to contact VB =nothing! Very disappointing customer service as generally the products are pricy but good. Customer service and contact/responses important, no phone line of course but no excuse ignoring my concerns about my order.
Website not working properly either.

Really bad customer service!!! Can’t get hold of anyone and yet to receive my items. Ordered over a week ago. I like the way these big company’s are quick to take your money. It’s not right that they don’t update you on your order or don’t respond to your emails. A bit of common courtesy goes a long way!!
Very disappointed. Won’t be ordering again. Ordered the 9th of November still haven’t heard anything!!

Based on the Complexion Shade quiz on the website. I bought a shade of "The Foundation Drops with TFC8®." Horrible!!! Way too dark!

I’ve ordered a few times previously with no delivery issues. However, now I have an undelivered package there seems to be zero customer service. This has been going on for a for a week, I’ve reported both to evri and VB email and i finally got a reply from evri saying it was out for delivery yesterday, still no parcel and no further contact. It’s an impossible situation

Fab quality items ! However their courier service is shocking all came battered. Over £100 of make just popped into a cardboard sleeve and no tissue or packing ! They look like something off Vinted. Two items were a gift 🎁 sadly look like I’ve not bought new.
Not holding my breath as I’ve seen on here terrible customer service. VB sort out the basics as your items are fantastic and would be a shame to loose customers through minor issues which should be top notch and packaging is all part of the buying experience, especially with high end products .

Victoria Beckham satin kajal eyeliner pencils are lovely quality in the colour and stay- ability, however the liner itself is loose in the pencil and I have wasted more than I have managed to use!. My daughter bought me as a gift four colours and I have experienced it with all of them. I would not purchase again because of this fault……Shame 😔

Several packages have not arrived
Photo delivery evidence not my front door. Items left on doorstep. Won't take the chance to order again. Evri have a very poor record of deliveries.

I am beyond disappointed with my first order.

I placed an order for just under £90 and was looking forward to receiving the complimentary green velvet pouch and a perfume sample.

To my disappointment I didn’t receive either complimentary items. I emailed customer service and provided them with the message I received stating due to high demand the pouch won’t be dispatched until the 23rd of October. I received a reply advising the pouch was out of stock and they’re unable to fulfil my request, however, I can return my order.

Based on this experience I won’t be placing another order and wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. I have shopped with Chanel and Dior (platinum member) for over 20 years and have never had a problem.

The gift wrap in my order is not the iconic gift wrap as advertised, which I have paid for £10 for. I have received a plain gift box with no tissue paper & ribbon.
This was for a gift and is extremely disappointing to find it is a small plain black box, which i could have purchased for a lot less myself. I have emailed VB customer service who responded with an automated email that i would receive a response in 1-2 working days. No one has contacted me. If they have ran out of the iconic gift wrap tell me don't just send a cheap alternative and still charge me £10.00 It seems VB sell good products, but cut corners on cheap packaging & delivery. Not happy as this was a gift!

I purchased over £300 worth of makeup for a Xmas gift for my daughter. The box arrived damaged, doesn’t surprise me as this was delivered by evri, luckily the 2 boxes inside were ok. I expected to find the gifts in VB signature wrap however no wrap present. I promptly contacted VB and this is the reply.

I am shocked as this is a high brand product who charges you £10 for this gift wrap. I am so disappointed with VB, you need to start reading your reviews as you are letting your customers down badly.
Only after several mails did I get offered a velvet bag, not the same but something at least.

Victoria Beckham’s beauty products and especially the perfume are amazing. So elegant and refined. I especially love the Portofino and San Ysidro drive perfumes. Just exquisite. I have noted some of the bad reviews but she is just starting out with this beauty line and I’m sure that she will refine the shopping experience as things move along for her. Some of the best products I’ve ever purchased. The delivery of the products could be a bit better in better packaging, but I’m sure her team are looking at this.

Amazing products and customer service!

I LOVE the make up- the foundation drops is simply the best ever formula I have ever tried. I love the eye liners and eye shadows.

I referred a friend for 20% off, and it didn’t come off her order. She contacted customer service who have honoured this and will refund 20%, and I entitled them to see if I would also get 20% and they sent me a code quickly so can’t fault them.

My suggestion for improvement would be to change courier in the U.K.- Evri do not have the best reputation, and one of my orders was left outside my side door on the floor where anyone could have picked it up. Luckily no body did

I placed an order for Victoria Beckham foundation costing £104 on 6.10.25 after reading a positive review in the Sunday Times. The money was immediately taken from my credit card account. Despite contacting the company using their email address several times and also their chatbot, I have received NO order number or shipping information. It is impossible to speak to anyone by phone. Not good enough.

The website confirms order without you actually choosing to do so. I tried to use the 15% off first order offer but the website does not allow you to add the offer code until all other fields are filled out (including payment details) after doing this, I added the voucher code and pressed apply NOT pay now, the apply button next to the voucher code section. My order then immediately went through at full price (I WOULD NOT have chosen to spend £64 on 2 eyeliners) without me pressing PAY NOW.

I feel scammed - they’ve taken my money and confirmed an order without me actually giving them permission to do so. There’s no option to cancel the order and their website explicitly states orders can’t be modified or cancelled once placed.

Emailed their customer support but judging by these reviews I shouldn’t hold out much hope

Feel like my only option here might be a chargeback so I’m not out of pocket. If I have to return there’s ’handling fees’ according to the website.

I’m fuming. Victoria Beckham - if you or your team check your Trustpilot reviews (and you should) do something. You don’t want your name all over a scam surely? And that’s exactly what this is, you CANNOT take payment until I have expressly stated that this is ok. If there’s a PAY NOW button THAT SHOULD BE THE BUTTON THAT TAKES PAYMENT. Not APPLY DISCOUNT.

Brought the eye pencils and both myself and daughter find that the pencil drops back into it's pencil, if you sharpen it it breaks....it's poor quality that we weren't expecting.
